إرشادات تقديم الملخصات البحثیۃ
• يُسمح بتقديم الملخصات للعروض الشفوية التي تُختار مواضيعها بحرية، والبحوث الشفوية، والعروض التقديمية على شكل ملصقات.
• يجب كتابة الملخصات باللغة الإنجليزية للعروض التي تُقدم باللغة الإنجليزية، وباللغة العربية للعروض التي تُقدم باللغة العربية، ويجب ألا يتجاوز عدد كلماتها 250 كلمة.
• مدة العرض الشفوي 15 دقيقة، منها 3 دقائق للأسئلة.
• يجب أن يظهر شعار SCYR على جميع الشرائح.
• بالنسبة للعروض الشفوية التي تُختار مواضيعها بحرية، يجب تضمين ثلاثة أهداف على الأقل في نهاية الملخص.

• يجب أن تتضمن ملخصات البحوث الشفوية ما يلي: الأهداف، المنهجية، نتائج البيانات والتحليل الإحصائي(ان وجد))، الاستنتاجات، مصادر التمويل أو الشكر والتقدير.
• لا يُسمح بإدراج أي رسومات أو صور أو توضيحات في الملخص.
• لا يمكن إجراء أي تعديلات على الملخص بعد تقديمه.
• سيتم سحب الملخصات غير المكتملة تلقائيًا.
• سيتم إرسال إشعار قبول الملخص إلكترونيًا.
• يبدأ استقبال الملخصات في 15 يونيو وينتهي في 15 أغسطس 2026.
• يجب أن تتناول العروض التقديمية أحدث التوجهات في البحث العلمي والابتكار والتنمية المستدامة.

Guidelines for abstract submission:
•⁠ ⁠The submitted abstracts are allowed for: Oral Presentation on freely chosen topics , Oral Research and Poster presentation.
•⁠Abstracts should be written in English for presentations to be presented in English and in Arabic for presentations to be presented in Arabic and should not exceed 250 words.
•⁠ ⁠The time for Oral presentation is 15 min including 3 min for questions.
•⁠ ⁠SCYR Logo must be on all slides.
•⁠ Oral presentation on freely chosen topics, at least three objectives should be included at the end of the abstract.
•⁠ ⁠Oral research abstracts must include: ⁠Objectives, Methodology, Results of the data and statistical analysis, ⁠Conclusions, ⁠Funding source(s) and or acknowledgement .
• No figures, photos or illustrations are allowed in the abstract.
• No changes to the abstract can be made after submission.
• Incomplete abstracts will be automatically withdrawn.
• Notification regarding the abstract’s acceptance will be sent electronically.
•⁠ ⁠Abstract submission opens on 15 June and closes on 15 August 2026.
•⁠ ⁠Presentations should cope with the new trends in scientific research, innovation and sustainable development.
