نفخر اليوم بتكريم طالبات قسم اللغة الإنجليزية المتميزات وذلك تقديرًا لمشروع تخرجهن المتميز. والذي تمثل في الترجمة النصية والدبلجة لأول مسلسل من إنتاج دار الإفتاء المصرية "أنس AI" حيث تدور أحداثه حول أخلاقيات استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي.

إعداد الطالبات: الاء محمد محمد أبو العز – ريم محمد جابر سيف – شهد محمود حداد حميدة – منة أشرف إبراهيم كمال النجار.

وذلك تحت إشراف أ. م. د. هدى علي – أستاذ مساعد اللغويات التطبيقية ووكيل الكلية لشؤون تنمية البيئة وخدمة المجتمع والمعيدة نورا وائل – تخصص في تكنولوجيا الترجمة.

لقد عكس هذا المشروع مستوىً راقيًا من الكفاءة اللغوية والاحترافية في الترجمة، إلى جانب الوعي بأهمية القضايا المعاصرة ودور اللغة في نقل الرسائل الهادفة إلى مختلف الثقافات. كما أظهر روح التعاون والإبداع والالتزام التي تتميز بها طالباتنا.

كل التقدير والفخر بهذا الإنجاز المشرف، ونتمنى لهن مزيدًا من النجاح والتألق في مسيرتهن العلمية والمهنية، وأن يكون هذا العمل خطوة أولى نحو مستقبل مليء بالإنجازات والإبداع.

We are proud to celebrate the outstanding achievement of our talented students from the English Department for their remarkable graduation project.

This project focused on subtitling and dubbing "Anas AI" the first series produced by the Fatwa House, addressing the ethics and moral use of Artificial Intelligence, combining linguistic skills, creativity, translation expertise, and technical professionalism in a truly impressive way.

Prepared by the outstanding students:

Alaa Mohamed Mohamed Aboelezz, Reem Mohamed Gaber Seif, Shahd Mahmoud Haddad Hemida, and Menna Ashraf Ibrahim Kamal El Naggar.

Under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoda Ali – Assistant Professor of Applied Linguistics and the Vice Dean for Environmental Development and Community Service in the faculty and Ms. Noura Wael – Teaching Assistant Majoring in Translation Technology.

This achievement reflects not only their academic excellence, but also their awareness of contemporary global issues and the important role language and translation play in spreading meaningful messages across cultures. Their dedication, teamwork, and passion deserve great appreciation and recognition.

شهدت كلية الإعلام بجامعة الأهرام الكندية خلال شهر مايو مناقشة ثلاث رسائل ماجستير متميزة، مقدمة من المعيدتين أمنية خالد وروان هاني، إلى جانب خريجة الكلية سما عمر.

وقد عكست الرسائل الثلاث اهتمامًا بالقضايا الإعلامية الحديثة ومواكبةً للتطورات المتسارعة في مجالات الإعلام والاتصال.

ويُعد برنامج الماجستير «الدراسات الاعلامية المستحدثة» أحد البرامج الأكاديمية الحديثة بالكلية، حيث بدأت الدراسة به عام 2021، وتمت معادلة الدرجة من المجلس الأعلى للجامعات عام 2023. وقد نوقش حتى الآن 17 رسالة علمية.

During the month of May, three master’s theses were discussed at the Faculty of Media at Ahram Canadian University, submitted by teaching assistants Omnia Khaled and Rawan Hany, as well as alumna Sama Omar.

The three theses were distinguished by their new and innovative topics:
-The Visual Appeal of Utilizing Figma in Egyptian News Sites and its Effect on User Engagement.

-Examining the Influence of Netflix's Recommendation System on Egyptian Youth's Perception Towards LGBTQ+ Content.

-The Role of Augmented Reality Application in Enhancing Consumer Purchase Intention

It is worth noting that the faculty’s master’s program, “Media Innovations” started in 2021, and the degree was officially accredited by the Supreme Council of Universities in 2023. So far, 17 researchers have successfully defended their theses in the program.

🎓 إنجاز جديد يرسّخ مسيرة الجودة والتميّز بجامعة الأهرام الكندية

أعلنت الأستاذة الدكتورة أمل فوزي أحمد، رئيس جامعة الأهرام الكندية، حصول كلية طب الفم والأسنان بالجامعة على الاعتماد من الهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد، بعد استيفائها جميع المتطلبات والمعايير الأكاديمية والمؤسسية المعتمدة، بما يعكس التزام الجامعة المستمر بتطبيق أعلى معايير الجودة والتميز في التعليم العالي.

وبهذا الإنجاز، تنضم كلية طب الفم والأسنان إلى الكليات المعتمدة بالجامعة، إلى جانب كلية الإعلام وكلية الصيدلة، وذلك تحت رعاية د. محمد فايز فرحات، رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الأهرام ورئيس مجلس أمناء الجامعة.

وأكدت الأستاذة الدكتورة أمل فوزي أحمد أن اعتماد الكلية يمثل خطوة جديدة ضمن رؤية الجامعة الهادفة إلى اعتماد جميع كلياتها، في إطار استراتيجية متكاملة تستهدف تطوير العملية التعليمية، والارتقاء بمستوى الخريجين، وتعزيز جاهزيتهم للمنافسة في سوق العمل محليًا ودوليًا، من خلال تحديث البرامج الأكاديمية، وتطوير البنية التحتية، ودعم البحث العلمي والابتكار.

🎓 A New Milestone in Quality and Academic Excellence at Ahram Canadian University

Professor Dr. Amal Fawzy Ahmed, President of Ahram Canadian University, announced that the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine has officially received accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education after successfully fulfilling all required academic and institutional standards and criteria. This achievement reflects the university’s continued commitment to excellence and the implementation of the highest quality standards in higher education.

With this accomplishment, the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine joins ACU’s accredited faculties alongside the Faculty of Media and the Faculty of Pharmacy, under the patronage of Dr. Mohamed Fayez Farahat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Ahram Foundation and Chairman of the University Board of Trustees.

Professor Dr. Amal Fawzy Ahmed emphasized that this achievement marks another important step toward the university’s vision of accrediting all its faculties as part of a comprehensive strategy aimed at enhancing educational quality, elevating graduates’ competencies, and preparing them to compete effectively in both local and international job markets. This vision is supported through continuous curriculum development, infrastructure enhancement, and the promotion of scientific research and innovation.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Amal Fawzy, President of Ahram Canadian University,
and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Shereen Tawakkol, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy,
and Prof. Dr. Mai Zafer, Vice Dean for education and students' affairs,

the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation launched its Blood Donation Campaign to emphasize the importance of blood donation and its vital role in saving patients’ lives, in alignment with Egypt’s vision to achieve self-sufficiency in blood bags by 2030.

For the thirteenth consecutive year, the federation continues its efforts, contributing to raising the percentage of blood donors to 3%, in support of the healthcare system and the achievement of self-sufficiency in blood banks.

These campaigns play a significant role in reducing the shortage in Egyptian blood banks and meeting the continuous demand for blood bags, supporting the national goal of achieving self-sufficiency by 2030.

In light of these achievements, the federation remains a leading example of student organizations striving to actively contribute to Egypt Vision 2030 through volunteer work and fruitful collaboration with national entities.

أطلق الاتحاد المصري لطلاب الصيدلة حملة التبرع بالدم للتأكيد على أهمية التبرع بالدم ودوره الحيوي في إنقاذ حياة المرضى، وذلك في إطار رؤية مصر لتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي من أكياس الدم بحلول عام 2030.

ويواصل الاتحاد المصري لطلاب الصيدلة جهوده للعام الثالث عشر على التوالي، حيث ساهم في رفع نسبة المتبرعين إلى 3% دعمًا للرعاية الصحية وتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي في بنوك الدم.

وتسهم هذه الحملات في تقليل العجز في بنك الدم المصري وسد الاحتياج المستمر، بما يدعم هدف الاكتفاء الذاتي بحلول 2030.

وفي ضوء هذه الإنجازات، يظل الاتحاد نموذجًا يُحتذى به للمنظمات الطلابية،
التي تسعى للمساهمة الفعالة في تحقيق رؤية مصر 2030 من خلال العمل التطوعي والتعاون المثمر مع الجهات الوطنية.

أطلق قسم اللغة الإنجليزية بالتعاون مع قطاع شؤون البيئة وخدمة المجتمع بالكلية مبادرة متميزة بعنوان:
🎯 "Green Voice – صوت من أجل البيئة"
جاءت المبادرة كإحدى مشروعات التخرج المبتكرة لطلاب الفرقة الرابعة تحت اشراف ا.م.د/ هدى علي أستاذ المساعد بقسم اللغة الإنجليزية ووكيل الكلية، بهدف نشر الوعي البيئي وتشجيع السلوكيات الإيجابية للحفاظ على البيئة، من خلال أفكار إبداعية ورسائل توعوية تعكس وعي الطلاب بقضايا الاستدامة وأهمية حماية كوكبنا للأجيال القادمة. 🌱♻️
وتعكس المبادرة حرص الكلية على ربط الجانب الأكاديمي بالقضايا المجتمعية والبيئية، بما يسهم في إعداد جيل أكثر وعيًا وقدرة على إحداث تأثير إيجابي في المجتمع.

في إطار حرص كلية التصميم والفنون الإبداعية - جامعة الأهرام الكندية على ربط الدراسة الأكاديمية بالتطبيق العملي وسوق العمل، تم تنظيم زيارة ميدانية لطلاب المستوى الخامس Level 5 بقسم التصميم الداخلي والأثاث ضمن مقرر “تكنولوجيا إنتاج الأثاث” Furniture Production Technology، إلى مصانع Royal Doors على مدار ثلاثة أيام، بهدف التعرف على أحدث تقنيات وأساليب تصنيع الأثاث داخل بيئة إنتاج حديثة.

تضمنت الزيارة جولة داخل أقسام المصنع المختلفة، حيث اطّلع الطلاب على مراحل تصنيع الأثاث بدايةً من تجهيز ومعالجة الأخشاب، مرورًا بخطوط الإنتاج والتشغيل، وصولًا إلى مراحل التشطيب النهائية، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على أحدث الماكينات والتكنولوجيا المستخدمة.

كما ساهمت الزيارة في تعزيز فهم الطلاب لآليات التشغيل والإدارة داخل المصانع، وتنمية مهاراتهم الفنية والهندسية، وربط الجانب النظري بالتطبيق العملي، بما يدعم تأهيلهم لسوق العمل ومواكبة التطور التكنولوجي في صناعة الأثاث والأخشاب.

As part of the Faculty of Design and Creative Arts - Ahram Canadian University commitment to connecting academic study with practical experience and the labor market, a field visit was organized for Level 5 students of the Interior Design and Furniture Department within the course “Furniture Production Technology” to the factories of Royal Doors over the course of three days. The visit aimed to provide students with direct exposure to modern furniture manufacturing techniques and production methods.

The visit included a comprehensive tour of the factory’s different departments, where students explored the stages of furniture production, starting from wood preparation and processing, through production and operation lines, and ending with final finishing stages, in addition to learning about the latest machinery and technologies used in the industry.

The visit also helped students gain practical insight into factory operations and management systems, while enhancing their technical and engineering skills and strengthening the connection between theoretical knowledge and practical application. This contributes to better preparing them for the labor market and keeping pace with technological advancements in the furniture and wood manufacturing industry.

Special thanks and appreciation to the management of Royal Doors and Eng. Ayman Adel for their warm welcome and fruitful cooperation.

✨ نظم طلاب قسم الاتصالات التسويقية المتكاملة بكلية الإعلام بجامعة الأهرام الكندية يومًا توعويًا بمدرسة Arkan Future College بمنطقة السادس من أكتوبر، يوم الأربعاء الموافق 13-5-2026، تحت عنوان
لنبذ العنف🎈 “Play Safe …. Play Kind”

وهدفت الفعالية إلى تعزيز قيم الاحترام والتعامل الإيجابي بين الأطفال، ونشر الوعي بأهمية نبذ العنف أثناء اللعب والتفاعل اليومي. وتضمن اليوم مجموعة من الأنشطة التعليمية والترفيهية التي عرّفت الأطفال بمفهوم العنف وأشكاله المختلفة، مع توضيح الفرق بين المزاح الودي والتصرفات التي تحمل طابع العنف، وذلك من خلال أنشطة تفاعلية وألعاب تعليمية ممتعة.

كما ركزت الفعالية على تعزيز مفهوم اللعب السلمي والعمل الجماعي، والتأكيد على أهمية المنافسة الشريفة والاحترام المتبادل بين الأطفال، إلى جانب تشجيعهم على كتابة رسائل إيجابية لزملائهم لنشر البهجة وتعزيز روح الصداقة بينهم 💛

✨ Students from the Integrated Marketing Communications Department at the Faculty of Mass Communication, Ahram Canadian University, organized an awareness day against violence at Arkan Future College in 6th of October City on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, under the title:
🎈 “Play Safe …. Play Kind”

The event aimed to promote respect, positive interaction among children, and raise awareness about the importance of rejecting violence during play and everyday interactions. The day included a variety of educational and entertaining activities that introduced children to the concept of violence and its different forms, while also explaining the difference between friendly joking and behaviors that carry violent intentions, through interactive activities and fun educational games.

The initiative also focused on promoting peaceful play and teamwork, while emphasizing the importance of fair competition and mutual respect among children. In addition, children were encouraged to write positive messages to their classmates to spread joy and strengthen friendships among them 💛

The event was organized by students: Radwa Yasser, Hadeer Ashraf, Jana Hossam, Jana Ahmed, Tasneem Ahmed, Nagham Amr, Laila Mohamed, Radwa Bakir, Justine Moamen, and Seyada Abdelrahman, under the supervision of Associate Professor Dr. Nermeen Alaa, Head of the Integrated Marketing Communications Department, along with TA Noran Bassiouny and TA Mahmoud Asfour.

This initiative comes as part of the community service activities carried out by the Faculty of Mass Communication at Ahram Canadian University, aiming to strengthen students’ role in serving the community while developing their practical and interpersonal skills.

استقبلت جامعة الاهرام الكندية وفد كندي رفيع المستوى من RoboGarden بكندا و Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) ، و ضم الوفد كلا من :

🤝وخلال الزيارة، تم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم (MOU) رسميًا بين جامعة الأهرام الكندية، ممثلة في الأستاذة الدكتورة/ أمل فوزي، رئيس جامعة الأهرام الكندية، وشركة RoboGarden، ممثلة في الأستاذ الدكتور/ ناصر الشيمي، رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة

وقد تم تنظيم الزيارة وحفل التوقيع من خلال الأستاذ المساعد د/ وجدان لطفي، رئيس مكتب العلاقات الدولية والشراكات بالجامعة

وتمنح هذه الشراكة لخريجي الجامعة فرصة الالتحاق ببرنامج مهني متخصص في تعلم الآلة والذكاء الاصطناعي التطبيقي، بما يوفر لهم:
١-شهادة مهنية معتمدة من NAIT — والتي تعتبر كلية تكنولوجية كندية مرموقة تحظى باعتراف واسع في سوق العمل الكندي
٢- برنامج شامل مدته عام كامل (يتضمن 450 ساعة تدريب + 80 ساعة تعلم مدمج مع بيئة العمل) يبدأ في سبتمبر 2026
٣- تدريب ميداني حقيقي مع شركات كندية.
٤- تأشيرة عمل ما بعد التخرج (PGWP)مما يساعد على خلق مسار واضح نحو الإقامة والعمل في كندا
٥- اكتساب العديد من مهارات السوق مثل هندسة البيانات (Data Engineering)، النمذجة التنبؤية (Predicitive Modeling)، التعلم العميق والذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي (Advanced and Gen. AI).
٦- دعم شامل يشمل التأشيرة، التوجيه المهني، وبناء الملف الوظيفي.

كما كان في استقبال الوفد عدد من قيادات الجامعة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، من بينهم:

Ahram Canadian University is opening new doors for its students and graduates toward the future of Artificial Intelligence and technology through a strategic collaboration with leading Canadian institutions.

The university welcomed a high-level Canadian delegation from RoboGarden and "Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), including:

▪️ Mr. James Aldridge – Vice President, International Affairs at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), Edmonton, Alberta
▪️ Mr. Joseph Tadros – Senior Trade Commissioner at the Canadian Embassy in Cairo
▪️ Dr. Bassem Abdallah – VP of Products and Technology at RoboGarden
▪️ Eng. Mohamed Shaarawy – Director of Business Development and Global Operations

🤝 During the visit, an official Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Ahram Canadian University, represented by Prof. Dr. Amal Fawzy, President of the University, and RoboGarden, represented by Prof. Dr. Nasser Elsheimy, Chairman of the company.

The visit and signing ceremony were organized by Assistant Professor Dr. Wegdan Lotfy, Head of the Office of International Relations and Partnerships at the university.

This partnership offers ACU graduates the opportunity to enroll in a specialized professional program in Machine Learning and Applied Artificial Intelligence, providing them with:

1️⃣ A professional certificate accredited by NAIT — one of Canada’s leading technological institutes, widely recognized in the Canadian job market.

2️⃣ A comprehensive one-year program starting in September 2026, including 450 training hours + 80 hours of work-integrated learning.
