Misr University for Science and Technology is a leading independent university in Egypt, it was established by the presidential decree No. 245/1996 in accordance with law No.101/1992 governing private universities in Egypt. MUST enjoys full legal recognition by all educational authorities in Egypt & is authorized to grant B.A, B.S, M.A, M.S & Ph.D. All the programs at MUST have been accredited by

The Supreme Council of Universities in Egypt. The university follows the credit hours system, in general, one credit hour is the equivalent of one lecture hour every week for one semester. Two or more laboratory hours may be counted as one credit hour. The academic year is divided into two semesters of 16 weeks each. The fall semester usually starts in the third week of September, and the spring semester starts in the third week of February. An eight-week summer session is also available after the second semester. Language of Instruction :
English is the language of instruction in all colleges except for the Arabic branches of the colleges of Business, Archaeology and Mass Media. Academic Advising :
It is the university policy that each student is entitled to academic advising. In each specialization, the dean or department head concerned assigns academic advisors to provide students with pertinent information about their major, and to assist in planning their program of study, and in solving their academic problems. The College of Oral and Dental Surgery, in collaboration with the College of Special Education at MUST, organized a field visit to a Down Syndrome Children's care facility in Tanta.

During the visit, medical examinations were provided to assess the children's oral and dental health, alongside awareness and interactive sessions.

These activities support qualifying students to deal with cases of special needs, and to refine their clinical and human skills in non-traditional environments.

نظّمت كلية طب وجراحة الفم والأسنان، بالتعاون مع كلية التربية الخاصة بجامعة مصر للعلوم والتكنولوجيا زيارة لمركز رعاية أطفال متلازمة داون في طنطا.

وخلال الزيارة، أُجريت فحوصات طبية لتقييم صحة الفم والأسنان لدى الأطفال، إلى جانب جلسات توعية وتفاعلية باستخدام أساليب التربية الخاصة.

وتهدف هذه الأنشطة إلى تأهيل الطلاب للتعامل مع حالات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، و تطوير مهاراتهم السريرية والإنسانية في بيئات غير تقليدية..

في إطار تعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي والطبي، وقّعت جامعة مصر للعلوم والتكنولوجيا بروتوكول تعاون مع الكلية المصرية لأطباء الرعاية الحرجة، بهدف دعم مجالات التعليم والتدريب والبحث العلمي، وإعداد كوادر طبية مؤهلة وفقًا لأحدث المعايير العالمية.
أُقيمت مراسم التوقيع بمقر نقابة الأطباء بالقاهرة، بحضور نخبة من القيادات الأكاديمية والطبية.
ويأتي هذا التعاون تأكيدًا على التزام الجانبين بتطوير المنظومة التعليمية والصحية، وتعزيز الشراكات التي تسهم في خدمة المجتمع والارتقاء بمستوى الرعاية الصحية.

استقبلت جامعة مصر للعلوم والتكنولوجيا سعادة الملحق الثقافي لجمهورية العراق بالقاهرة متمثلاً في الأستاذ الدكتور/ حيدر عبد ضهد وكيل وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي لشؤون البحث العلمي -الأستاذ الدكتور/ إسماعيل عبدالوهاب إسماعيل مساعد رئيس جامعة النور للشؤون العلمية -الأستاذ الدكتور/ أحمد مصطفى علي عميد كلية القانون والعلوم السياسية / جامعة النور- الدكتور عدي علي أحمد مدير مكتب السيد الوكيل العلمي ، وذلك في إطار تعزيز أواصر التعاون الأكاديمي والثقافي بين الجانبين، ودعم العلاقات التعليمية بين مصر والعراق.
وكان في استقبال الوفد عدد من قيادات الجامعة، حيث تم عقد لقاء موسع تناول سبل تطوير التعاون المشترك في المجالات الأكاديمية والبحثية، إلى جانب بحث آليات دعم الطلاب العراقيين الدارسين بالجامعة، وتوفير بيئة تعليمية متميزة تسهم في تحقيق تفوقهم العلمي.
كما شملت الزيارة جولة تفقدية داخل الحرم الجامعي، اطلع خلالها الملحق الثقافي على الإمكانات التعليمية والبنية التحتية المتطورة التي توفرها الجامعة، فضلًا عن الكليات والمنشآت التعليمية والطبية.
وأكد الجانبان خلال اللقاء أهمية تعزيز برامج التبادل الطلابي والتعاون العلمي، بما يسهم في توطيد العلاقات الثقافية والتعليمية بين البلدين الشقيقين، ويدعم مسيرة التعليم العالي في المنطقة.
وتأتي هذه الزيارة في إطار حرص الملحقيات الثقافية على متابعة أوضاع الطلاب الوافدين وتعزيز التعاون مع المؤسسات التعليمية المصرية، بما يحقق جودة العملية التعليمية ويرتقي بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة للطلاب العرب.

Because every great project begins with a small idea… The 4th Student Conference of the Faculty of Information Technology kicks off under the patronage of Professor Khaled El-Toukhy, Chairman of the University's Board of Trustees, Professor Hala El-Manoufy, University President, Professor Anas El-Feky, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Professor Iman Karam, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology.

The conference aims to gather students' ideas and transform them into inspiring and transformative projects, serving as a true platform to unleash their creativity and realize their visions. Here, ideas begin… and become reality.

In a special celebration of Mother's Day, filled with appreciation and gratitude for our mother's vital role in building society and shaping future generations, the university honored exemplary mothers working at the university in recognition of their outstanding contributions and efforts. Professor Dr. Hala Mohamed El-Menoufy, the university president, was also honored for her pioneering role and continuous efforts in supporting the development and advancement of the educational system and community.

As part of its commitment to promoting health awareness, the College of Nursing contributed to the celebration with a specialized health corner, offering educational services and basic checkups for mothers, reflecting the college's role in serving the community and disseminating health knowledge.

This event reflects the sector's dedication to strengthening human values, a sense of belonging, and solidarity within the university community.

نظم قطاع خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة بالجامعة احتفالية مميزة بمناسبة عيد الأم، في أجواء مليئة بالتقدير والامتنان لدور امهاتنا العظيم في بناء المجتمع وصناعة الأجيال.

We're incredibly proud of our alumnus Nour Al-Dein Nasser Abu Muaileq, a Palestinian Engineering graduate, Class of 2015.

Nour is now the Founder of ReState, a PropTech startup reshaping Egypt's real estate export sector by building trust and transparency for international investors, and Chief Growth Officer of Aqary Real Estate.

He also consults on digital marketing and SEO for major Saudi companies like Warda App, Golden Rose, Rahhal Factory, and Sky Energy.

On top of that, he's pursuing a PhD in Marketing, researching innovation and digital transformation. His ReState project earned him a nomination for the "Forbes Middle East Awards" in startups and innovation.

It's truly rewarding to see how far MUST graduates go.

فخوروين جدًا بخريجنا نور الدين ناصر أبو معيلق، خريج كلية الهندسة من فلسطين، دفعة 2015.

نور اليوم هو مؤسس ReState، وهي شركة ناشئة في مجال تكنولوجيا العقارات تعمل على إعادة تشكيل قطاع تصدير العقارات في مصر من خلال بناء الثقة والشفافية للمستثمرين الدوليين، كما أنه المدير التنفيذي للنمو في عقاري للعقارات.

كما يعمل مستشارًا في التسويق الرقمي وتحسين محركات البحث (SEO) لعدد من الشركات الكبرى في المملكة العربية السعودية مثل تطبيق وردة، جولدن روز، مصنع رحّال، وسكاي إنرجي.

وإلى جانب ذلك، يواصل حاليًا دراسة الدكتوراه في التسويق، حيث يركز في أبحاثه على الابتكار والتحول الرقمي. كما حصل مشروعه ReState على ترشيح لجائزة Forbes Middle East ضمن فئة الشركات الناشئة في الابتكار والتحول الرقمي.
