"عيون مصر" تؤكد التزامها بدعم أجندة المرأة والسلام والأمن (WPS) في مشاورات الاتحاد الإفريقي بالقاهرة.

في ضوء اهتمامها البالغ بدمج المرأة في قضايا السلام والأمن، شاركت جمعية عيون مصر ممثَّلة بالزميل محمود علاء الدين في المشاورات الإقليمية لشمال إفريقيا حول تنفيذ أجندة المرأة والسلام والأمن في إفريقيا، والتي نظمتها مفوضية الاتحاد الإفريقي للشؤون السياسية والسلام والأمن يومي 1 و2 أكتوبر 2025 بالقاهرة.

هدفت هذه المشاورات إلى تقييم التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ أجندة WPS وصياغة توصيات استراتيجية لتعزيز مشاركة المرأة وقيادتها في عمليات بناء السلام ومنع النزاعات عبر القارة.

ومن خلال هذه المشاركة، تؤكد جمعية عيون مصر التزامها المطلق بتجسيد وتنفيذ أجندة المرأة والسلام والأمن، إيماناً بأن الاستقرار المستدام لا يتحقق إلا بمشاركة كاملة ومتساوية للمرأة كصانعة قرار وشريك فاعل في مسارات السلام والأمن.

“Oyoun Masr” reaffirms its commitment to supporting the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) Agenda during the African Union consultations in Cairo.

Highlighting the importance of women’s integration in peace and security efforts, Oyoun Masr Association-OMA, represented by Mahmoud Alaa El-Din, took part in the North Africa Regional Consultations on the Implementation of the Women, Peace and Security Agenda in Africa, organized by the African Union Commission for Political Affairs, Peace and Security, held on 1–2 October 2025 in Cairo.

These high-level consultations aimed to assess progress in implementing the WPS Agenda and to develop strategic recommendations for strengthening women’s participation and leadership in peacebuilding and conflict prevention across the continent.

Through this participation, Oyoun Masr Association- OMA reaffirms its firm commitment to advancing the WPS Agenda, driven by the belief that sustainable stability can only be achieved by ensuring women’s full and equal role as decision-makers and active partners in all peace and security processes.

حزب العدل يصدر ثاني أوراقه البحثية حول مشاركة المصريين بالخارج في انتخابات مجلس الشيوخ 2025: "من البريد إلى الصندوق"

أعلن حزب العدل، بالتعاون مع مركز أبحاث وصلة وجمعية عيون مصر، عن إصدار ورقة بحثية جديدة بعنوان "من البريد إلى الصندوق: قراءة في المشهد التصويتي للمصريين بالخارج في انتخابات مجلس الشيوخ 2025"، التي جاءت لتسجل تجربة مهمة وتقدم توصيات عملية نحو تعزيز المشاركة السياسية للمصريين بالخارج.

شراكة استراتيجية في مجال البحوث الاجتماعية بين جمعية عيون مصر ومركز ابحاث وصلة وحزب العدل

إطلاق تعاون مشترك بين "مركز العدل لدراسات السياسات العامة" و"مركز أبحاث وصلة" لدعم مشاركة المصريين بالخارج في الاستحقاقات الانتخابية القادمة

في خطوة تعكس التوجه نحو تعزيز المشاركة السياسية للمصريين بالخارج، أعلن مركز العدل لدراسات السياسات العامة التابع لحزب العدل، عن شراكة استراتيجية مع مركز أبحاث وصلة وجمعية عيون مصر للتنمية الثقافية والاجتماعية، وذلك لإطلاق سلسلة من أوراق السياسات العامة التي تتناول حقوق وتمثيل المصريين بالخارج، استعدادًا للاستحقاقات الانتخابية المقبلة لمجلسي النواب والشيوخ.

وفي سياق متصل أكد النائب عبد المنعم إمام، رئيس حزب العدل، أن هذا التعاون يأتي في إطار التزام الحزب بترسيخ العدالة السياسية والاجتماعية، وضمان تمثيل حقيقي لكافة المصريين، داخل الوطن وخارجه. وصرح امام أن المصريين في الخارج يمثلون ركيزة أساسية في بناء الدولة، ويجب أن يكون لهم صوت فعّال في العملية السياسية، ينعكس في السياسات والتشريعات.
ومن جانبه، أوضح الدكتور مصطفى عباس، مساعد رئيس حزب العدل لشؤون المصريين بالخارج، أن مركز أبحاث وصلة يركز على ربط قضايا المغتربين بالسياسات العامة الوطنية، ونرى أن الفترة الحالية تمثل لحظة مهمة لإعادة النظر في أدوات وآليات تمثيل المصريين بالخارج، خاصة في ظل المتغيرات التكنولوجية والديموغرافية التي تشهدها الجاليات المصرية.

كما صرّح الدكتور محمد فؤاد، رئيس مركز العدل لدراسات السياسات العامة، بأن هذه الشراكة تعكس توجهًا جادًا نحو إنتاج معرفة سياساتية مهنية تستند إلى الواقع وتُخاطب احتياجات المستقبل. هدفنا ليس فقط دعم المشاركة في الانتخابات، بل إعادة بناء العلاقة بين الدولة والمصريين في الخارج على أسس ديمقراطية ومؤسسية.

في السياق ذاته، أكدت مي عجلان، مديرة مركز أبحاث وصلة، أن التعاون سيُنتج عنه مجموعة من أوراق السياسات العامة التي ستتناول قضايا المشاركة السياسية، التمثيل البرلماني، آليات التصويت، ودور الجاليات المصرية في الخارج. ونعمل على أن تكون هذه الأوراق مبنية على دراسات مقارنة وتجارب دولية، إضافة إلى جلسات تشاور مع مصريين مقيمين في دول مختلفة.
ويُنتظر أن تسفر هذه الشراكة عن عقد سلسلة من الندوات والنقاشات المفتوحة، بالإضافة إلى طرح مقترحات عملية يتم تقديمها للجهات المعنية، وعلى رأسها الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات ووزارة الهجرة وشؤون المصريين بالخارج، بهدف دعم وتيسير مشاركة المصريين بالخارج في الانتخابات المقبلة، بشكل أكثر فاعلية وشفافية.

🌟 Exciting Project Launch! 🌟

On October 22nd, we officially kicked off the Erasmus+ project : Sexual, Menstrual Health, and Gender Literacy.

This project is all about fostering evidence-based, inclusive, and diverse education on menstrual health, sexuality, and gender for youth! 🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏾💪🏿

🌍 Our Mission: To empower young people to claim, exercise, and enjoy their rights to sexual and menstrual health and gender education. Through a rights-based and gender-sensitive approach, we're aiming to shift socio-cultural norms, addressing power dynamics that often limit young people from achieving a state of well-being and gender diversity.

📚 What We’re Doing: Youth workers will be equipped with Open Educational Resources (OER) and digital tools, focusing on non-formal education around key topics: consent, healthy relationships, menstrual health, contraception, STI prevention, and gender-based violence. This knowledge will help support young people, especially those facing discrimination or social exclusion, to foster healthy, informed lives. 🌈

This is for all young people, including young women in vulnerable situations, youth with disabilities, and racial, sexual, or gender minorities. Together, let's break down barriers, fight stigma, and champion health and rights for all! 💪🏽✨

🌍✨ From July 3rd to 6th, 2024, the kick-off meeting for the CUBE project took place in Thessaloniki, Greece, bringing together partners from Jordan, Liechtenstein, Greece, Lebanon, Morocco, Egypt, and Germany. This Erasmus+ project, funded by the European Union, aims to enhance youth employability in the Cultural and Creative Industries sector by empowering youth workers and fostering transnational collaboration.

For Oyoun Masr, this meeting was particularly fruitful and important, as two of our members attended in person. We actively contributed to discussions, focusing on the actions needed to accomplish Work Package 2—national-level field and desk research for each partner country. These findings will be combined into a single transnational report, setting a strong foundation for the project's success. We’re excited to be part of this journey and look forward to the positive impact this initiative will bring to young people in the creative and cultural industries!
