Orient Group is looking for highly motivated "logistics specialist " as below details
Implement the shipping plan on a daily basis and Handle export shipments from bookings to billing until completion
Handle shipments with customs clearance and transport contractors.
Follow-up e-mails with the shipping line and agents.
Track shipments to ensure that they are delivered on time and in the right condition.
Prepare and file export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in export operations
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Solid knowledge and experience in transportation, export regulations, international trade, shipping incoterms, bookings procedures with all the shipping lines and customs procedures
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent computer skills and command of Microsoft Office
