برعاية الاستاذ الدكتور/ لمياء عثمان رئيس مجلس ادارة المركز التربوى للطفولة والقائم باعمال عميد الكلية، و اشراف الاستاذ الدكتور/ هالة الجروانى العميد الاسبق لكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة ،و الدكتور/ اشجان عصام المدير التنفيذى للمركز التربوى للطفولة (وحدة ذات طابع خاص كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة ) تم تسليم شهادات دورة التأهيل التخاطب وأمراض اللغة والكلام و التى نظمها مركز التدخل المبكر التابع للمركز التربوى للطفولة فى الفترة من 27 يونيو 2026 حتى 14يوليو 2026 بواقع 28 ساعة نظرية و12 ساعة تطبيقية .
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Lamia Osman, Chairwoman of the Board of the Childhood Educational Center and Acting Dean of the Faculty, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hala El-Gerwany, Former Dean of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, and Dr. Ashgan Essam, Executive Director of the Childhood Educational Center (a Special Nature Unit at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education), certificates were presented to participants who completed the Speech and Language Disorders Rehabilitation Course.

The course was organized by the Early Intervention Center, affiliated with the Childhood Educational Center, from June 27, 2026, to July 14, 2026, comprising 28 hours of theoretical training and 12 hours of practical training.

يستقبل المركز التربوي للطفولة الاطفال لمرحلة ما قبل التمهيدي من سن سنتين ونصف ، ومن سن ٣ سنوات للمستوى التمهيدى و٤ سنوات للمستوى الأول
على ان يلتحق خريجنا بعد المستوى الثاني بالصف الأول الابتدائي في بعض المدارس القومية ( النصر بنين وبنات- فيكتوريا- ليسيه الحرية- محمد كريم- الاقبال )

مجلس كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة يعقد جلسته الأولى للعام الجامعي ٢٠٢٦/٢٠٢٧
عقد مجلس كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة جامعة الإسكندرية، يوم الاحد الموافق 16 أغسطس ٢٠٢٦، جلسته رقم (١) للعام الجامعي ٢٠٢٦/٢٠٢٧، وذلك في تمام الساعة الثانية عشرة صباحًا ، برئاسة الأستاذ الدكتور/ لمياء احمد عثمان – القائم باعمال عميد الكلية.
جاء ذلك بحضور كل من:
• الأستاذ الدكتور/ إيمان النقيب– وكيل الكلية لشئون التعليم والطلاب.
• السادة رؤساء الأقسام العلمية وممثلي الأقسام من أعضاء هيئة التدريس.
واستُهلت أعمال المجلس بعزف السلام الجمهوري، ثم رحبت الأستاذ الدكتور/ لمياء عثمان بالسادة أعضاء المجلس، كما رحبت بالسادة الأعضاء الجدد في دورة المجلس الجديدة للعام الجامعي ٢٠٢٦/٢٠٢٧، متمنيةً لهن دوام التوفيق والسداد في أداء مهامهم.
وافق مجلس الكلية على اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتنظيم حفل تخرج طلاب كلية العلوم للعام الجامعي 2025/2026 في ساحة مجمع العلوم الانسانية.
كما استعرض المجلس الخطة التحويلية للجامعة للانضمام إلى (منظومة الجامعات الذكية)، بما يدعم التحول الرقمي وتحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية والجامعية وترشيد استهلاك الطاقة وتعزيز الاستدامة، إلى جانب رؤية الجامعة لإنشاء (المدينة الجامعية الذكية ببرج العرب)، بما تضمه من جامعات دولية ومرافق تعليمية وبحثية وتكنولوجية ومستشفى جامعي.

وفي إطار تطوير البنية التحتية، تم استعراض الخطط التنفيذية لاستكمال أعمال (مجمع كليات أبيس) وتجهيزه وفق مفهوم الكليات الذكية.

وعقب التصديق على محضر الجلسة السابقة، ناقش المجلس الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول الأعمال، والتي تضمنت الموضوعات الواردة من الأقسام العلمية واللجان المنبثقة عن مجلس الكلية.
وقد أسفرت المناقشات عن:
• استعراض الموضوعات المقدمة والموافقة على قرارات وحدة ضمان الجوده والاعتماد ولجنة شئون التعليم والطلاب ، لجنة المكتبة ،لجنة اخلاقيات البحث العلمى ، لجنة الدراسات العليا والبحوث ، موضوعات العلاقات الثقافية كما وافق المجلس على قرارات لجنة خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة و اعتماد عدد من القرارات والتوصيات التي تستهدف تعزيز جودة العملية التعليمية، ودعم البحث العلمي، والارتقاء بالخدمات المجتمعية.
وأكد المجلس حرصه على مواصلة جهود التطوير والارتقاء بمختلف قطاعات الكلية، بما يواكب استراتيجية جامعة الإسكندرية ورؤية الكلية نحو التطوير المستمر وتحقيق التميز المؤسسي والأكاديمي.
واختُتمت أعمال الجلسة ، بعد الانتهاء من مناقشة جميع البنود المدرجة على جدول الأعمال واتخاذ القرارات اللازمة بشأنها.

Faculty Council of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education Holds Its First Session for the 2026/2027 Academic Year

The Faculty Council of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education at Alexandria University held its first session, No. (1), for the 2026/2027 academic year on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., chaired by Prof. Dr. Lamiya Ahmed Osman, Acting Dean of the Faculty.

The session was attended by:
• Prof. Dr. Eman El-Naqeeb, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs.
• The heads of the academic departments and department representatives from among the faculty members.

The Council’s proceedings began with the playing of the national anthem. Prof. Dr. Lamiya Osman then welcomed the Council members and extended a special welcome to the new members joining the Council in its new term for the 2026/2027 academic year, wishing them continued success and fulfillment in carrying out their duties.

The Faculty Council approved taking the necessary measures to organize the graduation ceremony for students of the Faculty of Science for the 2025/2026 academic year in the courtyard of the Humanities Complex.

The Council also reviewed the university’s transformation plan for joining the “Smart Universities System,” which supports digital transformation, enhances the quality of educational and university services, rationalizes energy consumption, and promotes sustainability. The Council also reviewed the university’s vision for establishing the “Smart University City in Borg El Arab,” which will include international universities as well as educational, research, and technological facilities and a university hospital.

As part of efforts to develop the infrastructure, the executive plans for completing the work on the “Abis Faculties Complex” and equipping it in accordance with the smart colleges concept were also reviewed.

Following the approval of the minutes of the previous session, the Council discussed the items listed on the agenda, including matters submitted by the academic departments and committees emanating from the Faculty Council.

The discussions resulted in the following:
• Reviewing the submitted matters and approving the decisions of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit, the Education and Student Affairs Committee, the Library Committee, the Research Ethics Committee, the Postgraduate Studies and Research Committee, and matters related to cultural relations. The Council also approved the decisions of the Community Service and Environmental Development Committee, as well as a number of decisions and recommendations aimed at enhancing the quality of the educational process, supporting scientific research, and improving community services.

The Council reaffirmed its commitment to continuing its development efforts and advancing all sectors of the Faculty in line with Alexandria University’s strategy and the Faculty’s vision for continuous development and the achievement of institutional and academic excellence.

The session concluded after all items on the agenda had been discussed and the necessary decisions had been taken.

في إطار حرص كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة – جامعة الإسكندرية على تعزيز دورها المجتمعي، وتفعيل الشراكة مع مؤسسات المجتمع، ودعم جهود التنمية المستدامة، عُقدت الجلسة الافتتاحية للجنة خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة بالكلية للعام الجامعي 2026-2027، برئاسة السيدة الأستاذ الدكتور/ لمياء عثمان، القائم بأعمال عميد الكلية ووكيل الكلية لشئون خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة والسادة أعضاء اللجنة.

واستهلت الجلسة بكلمة ترحيبية للسيدة الأستاذ الدكتور/ لمياء عثمان، رحبت خلالها بالسادة أعضاء اللجنة، معربةً عن تقديرها لجهودهم ودورهم الفاعل في دعم أنشطة وفعاليات قطاع خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة، مؤكدةً أهمية تكامل الجهود والعمل بروح الفريق لتحقيق أهداف الكلية ورسالتها المجتمعية.

كما تناولت الجلسة عددًا من الموضوعات المتعلقة بخطة عمل اللجنة خلال العام الجامعي، ومناقشة آليات تفعيل الأنشطة والمبادرات المجتمعية والبيئية، بما يسهم في تعزيز دور الكلية في خدمة المجتمع، وتنمية الوعي البيئي، ودعم المبادرات التي تستجيب لاحتياجات المجتمع وتواكب توجهات جامعة الإسكندرية في مجال خدمة المجتمع والتنمية المستدامة.

وفي لفتة تقديرية، شهدت الجلسة تكريم السادة أعضاء اللجنة عن العام الجامعي السابق، تقديرًا لما بذلوه من جهود مخلصة وعطاء متميز وإسهامات فاعلة في تنفيذ أعمال اللجنة وأنشطتها، حيث تم تقديم الشكر والتقدير لهم، مع التأكيد على أن ما تحقق من إنجازات يمثل أساسًا للانطلاق نحو مزيد من العمل والتطوير خلال العام الجامعي الجديد.

وفي ختام اللقاء، أكدت السيدة الأستاذ الدكتور/ لمياء عثمان أهمية مواصلة العمل الجاد والتعاون المثمر بين أعضاء اللجنة، بما يعزز مكانة الكلية ودورها في خدمة المجتمع، متمنيةً لجميع أعضاء اللجنة دوام التوفيق والنجاح، وتحقيق المزيد من الإنجازات خلال العام الجامعي الجديد.

As part of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education at Alexandria University’s commitment to strengthening its community role, fostering partnerships with community institutions, and supporting sustainable development efforts, the inaugural meeting of the Faculty’s Community Service and Environmental Development Committee for the 2026–2027 academic year was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Lamiya Osman, Acting Dean of the Faculty and Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, with the participation of the committee members.

The meeting opened with a welcoming address by Prof. Dr. Lamiya Osman, during which she welcomed the committee members and expressed her appreciation for their efforts and active role in supporting the activities and events of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector. She emphasized the importance of integrating efforts and working as a team to achieve the Faculty’s objectives and fulfill its community mission.

The meeting also addressed a number of topics related to the committee’s work plan for the academic year, as well as mechanisms for activating community and environmental activities and initiatives. These efforts aim to strengthen the Faculty’s role in serving the community, raise environmental awareness, and support initiatives that respond to community needs and align with Alexandria University’s directions in the fields of community service and sustainable development.

As a gesture of appreciation, the meeting included a recognition ceremony honoring the committee members for the previous academic year, in appreciation of their sincere efforts, outstanding dedication, and effective contributions to carrying out the committee’s work and activities. The members were presented with expressions of thanks and appreciation, with emphasis that the achievements accomplished constitute a strong foundation for further work and development during the new academic year.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Lamiya Osman emphasized the importance of continuing dedicated efforts and productive cooperation among the committee members in a manner that strengthens the Faculty’s position and role in serving the community. She wished all committee members continued success and prosperity and the achievement of further accomplishments throughout the new academic year.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Lamiya Osman, Acting Dean of the Faculty, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Eman El-Naqeeb, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and with the follow-up of the Youth Welfare Department, the Social Leaders Team participated on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, in the awareness seminar entitled **“Building Healthy Family Relationships,”** organized by the University Families Administration.
