PHD (Pacemakers' Hardest Decision) presents a series of academic sessions and a group of soft-skills' sessions on which workshops and competitions will be applied to add the adventurous flavor to the project . PHD was first held in 2013, and has continued ever since to be held annually, it has been held in 2014,2015,2016, PHD'17 will be the fifth episode of PHD.
