There is a problem facing law students, which is the large gap between law in terms of theoretical study, and practical application and actual practice of it
This is due to the work of moot courts, as they are a form of practical simulation of real trials. It works to bridge the gap between legal theory and practical application by training in acquiring the skills necessary to conduct pleadings, whether that is analytical skills, presenting evidence, drafting, building legal arguments, and the skill of pleading before the court.
هناك مشكلة تواجه طلاب القاونون وهي الفجوة الكبيرة بين القانون من حيث الدراسة النظرية، والتطبيق العملي والممارسة الفعلية له.
وهذا عو عمل المحاكم الصورية، فهي شكل من اشكال المحاكاة العملية للمحاكمات الواقعية. تعمل على سد الفجوة ما بين النظرية القانونية والتطبيق العملي من خلال التدرب على اكتساب المهارات الضرورية لاجراء المرافعات سواء كان ذلك مهارات التحليل وتقديم الأدلة والصياغة وبناء الحجج القانونية ومهارة المرافعة امام هيئة المحكمة.
