جامعة بنها تعلن إجراءات إعفاء طلاب «تكافل وكرامة» من المصروفات الدراسية
أعلنت جامعة بنها عن إتاحة التقدم بطلبات الإعفاء من المصروفات الدراسية للطلاب والطالبات المستفيدين من برنامج الدعم الاجتماعي «تكافل وكرامة»، بمختلف الفرق الدراسية، للعام الجامعي الحالي، وفقًا للضوابط المنظمة، داعيةً الطلاب المستحقين إلى سرعة تقديم الطلبات واستيفاء المستندات المطلوبة.
وأوضحت الجامعة أن التقديم يتم من خلال إدارة رعاية الطلاب بالكلية التابع لها الطالب، على أن يقوم الطلاب المستفيدون بتسجيل بياناتهم إلكترونيًا عبر منصة بداية للرعاية الاجتماعية "تكافل"، من خلال الرابط التالي:

وذلك لاستكمال إجراءات التقدم بطلبات الإعفاء من المصروفات الدراسية وفقًا للقواعد والضوابط المنظمة.
وأضافت الجامعة أن المستندات المطلوبة تشمل صورة من بطاقة الرقم القومي، وصورة من بطاقة تكافل وكرامة أو ما يفيد الاستفادة من البرنامج، بالإضافة إلى بطاقة الترشيح لطلاب الفرقة الأولى، وأي مستندات داعمة أخرى إن وجدت.
وأكدت الجامعة أهمية سرعة تقدم الطلاب المستفيدين بطلباتهم، خاصة طلاب الفرقة الأولى، مع ضرورة استكمال تسجيل بياناتهم عبر المنصة الإلكترونية وتقديم المستندات المطلوبة لإدارة رعاية الطلاب بالكليات، بما يسهم في سرعة دراسة الطلبات وإنهاء إجراءات القيد وتسجيل المقررات الدراسية وفقًا للقواعد المنظمة.
Benha University announces procedures for exempting “Takaful and Karama” students from tuition fees
Benha University has announced that applications for tuition fee exemption are now open for male and female students benefiting from the “Takaful and Karama” social support program, across all academic years, for the current academic year, in accordance with the applicable regulations. The university calls on eligible students to submit their applications promptly and complete the required documents.The university clarified that applications should be submitted through the Student Welfare Office at the student’s faculty. Benefiting students must also register their data electronically via the Bedaya Social Care “Takaful” platform through the following link:

This is required to complete the procedures for applying for tuition fee exemption according to the established rules and regulations.The university added that the required documents include a copy of the national ID card, a copy of the Takaful and Karama card or any document proving benefit from the program, the nomination card for first-year students, and any other supporting documents if available.The university stressed the importance of eligible students submitting their applications quickly — especially first-year students — and completing their data registration on the electronic platform and submitting the required documents to the Student Welfare Offices at the faculties. This will help speed up the review of applications and finalize enrollment procedures and course registration in accordance with the applicable rules.
