Due to inclement weather,

and based on the decision of the Ministry of Higher Education and the University's Board of Trustees,

it has been decided that classes on Wednesday and Thursday, March 25-26, 2026, will be held online instead of face to face at the university.

This is to ensure the safety of all students.

Important Notice:

Students who were scheduled to attend the conferences on Wednesday and Thursday are requested to attend as scheduled.

All students are requested to follow the lectures via the online platforms at their scheduled times.

في إطار رؤية الدولة وتوجهاتها نحو تعزيز الشراكة الفاعلة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، ودعم التوسعات المتنامية في منظومة التعليم الجامعي، وقّعت جامعة عين شمس مذكرة تعاون مشترك مع مؤسسة مودرن جروب، المستضيفة لفرعي جامعة سان بطرسبرج وجامعة كازان الفيدرالية الروسيتين بالقاهرة، تعزيزا لجودة العملية التعليمية وتطوير البحث العلمي وخدمة المجتمع، مع الحفاظ على المعايير الأكاديمية العالمية.

وقّع مذكرة التفاهم الأستاذ الدكتور محمد ضياء زين العابدين، رئيس جامعة عين شمس، والدكتور وليد نبيل دعبس، رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة مودرن جروب، التي تضم الجامعة الحديثة للتكنولوجيا والمعلومات، وفرعي جامعة سان بطرسبرج وجامعة كازان الفيدرالية الروسيتين بالقاهرة.

جاء التوقيع بحضور الأستاذة الدكتورة أماني أسامة كامل نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون الدراسات العليا والبحوث، والأستاذ الدكتور رامي ماهر نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب، والأستاذ الدكتور علي الأنور عميد كلية الطب، والأستاذ الدكتور أيمن شافعي رئيس جامعتي سان بطرسبرج الروسية بالقاهرة وكازان الفيدرالية الروسية بالقاهرة، والأستاذة الدكتورة شيرين وجيه عبد الملك نائب رئيس الجامعتين.

وتهدف المذكرة إلى إرساء قواعد منظومة ابتكارية متكاملة في مجالات التعليم والبحث العلمي ونشر المعرفة وخدمة المجتمع، بما يعزز التكامل بين القطاعين العام والخاص في منظومة التعليم العالي. كما تشمل تقديم الدعم المادي لجامعة عين شمس، وبخاصة كلية الطب وتطوير مستشفياتها، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لإعلان مؤسسة مودرن جروب راعيًا رئيسيًا للخدمة المجتمعية بالجامعة.

وتتضمن المذكرة إتاحة فرص تدريب لطلاب مؤسسة مودرن جروب في مرحلة ما قبل التخرج، من الدارسين بفروع الجامعات الأجنبية المستضافة من خلال المؤسسة، إلى جانب طلاب كلية الطب بالجامعة الحديثة للتكنولوجيا والمعلومات، وذلك داخل مستشفيات جامعة عين شمس، فضلًا عن تدريب طلاب كليات المؤسسة في بعض معامل كليات جامعة عين شمس.

كما يشمل التعاون دعم تنمية المهارات البحثية للطلاب من خلال مشاركتهم في مشروعات بحثية ذات تنافسية عالمية، تجمع بين فروع الجامعات الروسية ووحدات الأبحاث المختلفة بجامعة عين شمس، ومركز الأبحاث المصري بكلية الطب.

وتنص المذكرة كذلك على إدارة منظومة ابتكارية لمشاركة أعضاء هيئة التدريس من كليات جامعة عين شمس، خاصة في القطاعات الطبية والإنسانية والذكاء الاصطناعي والعلوم، جنبًا إلى جنب مع نظرائهم من دولة روسيا الاتحادية في تدريس المقررات والبرامج التي تطرحها فروع الجامعات الروسية بالقاهرة، وفقًا للمعايير المعتمدة من الفيدرالية الروسية، بما يعزز تبادل الخبرات التعليمية بين الجانبين.

كما يشمل التعاون تسجيل برامج دراسات عليا ذات إشراف مشترك بين جامعة عين شمس وجامعات مؤسسة مودرن جروب، بما يسهم في تنمية مهارات الموارد البشرية من أعضاء الهيئة المعاونة والفنيين، إلى جانب التعاون في تنظيم القوافل الطبية والأنشطة والخدمات المجتمعية المشتركة
