We are pleased to announce the launch of the MIDAR x GUC CMB Mixed-Use Design Competition, organized in collaboration with MIDAR for Investment and Urban Development. The competition challenges undergraduate students to develop an innovative and buildable mixed-use proposal for a real urban site in Mostakbal City.

This is a valuable opportunity to engage with a real-world project, gain professional exposure, and compete for awards and internship opportunities with MIDAR.

Competition Highlights:
• Open to Architecture students (Civil Engineering students are also encouraged to participate)
• Teams of maximum 4 students
• Site area: approximately 11 feddans
• Project type: Mixed-use urban development
• Total prize pool: 300,000 EGP
• Internship opportunities at MIDAR for selected students

Important Dates:
• Competition Launch: May 15
• Registration Deadline: June 15
• Submission Deadline: July 30
• Results Announcement: August
