1️⃣ Contact Center Agent:
* Role: Act as the frontline representative, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone/email.

Here are the details and the full duration of each program so you know what to expect:

1️⃣ Electronic Accounting and Financial Management
⏳ Duration: 60 Hours (20 Sessions).
📌 What you will learn: An intensive deep dive into practical accounting:
✅ Mastering accounting principles (Journal entries, Trial Balance).
✅ Preparing financial statements and financial analysis.
