ان شاء الله اول يوم في التدريب الصيفي هيكون السبت ٦/٧. هيبقى في orientation الساعة ٨ الصبح فمدرج ٦ هنتقابل فيه ونشرح النظام هيبقى ازاي خلال الاسبوع وباقي الايام نبدأ من ٩ صباحاً ماعدا بعض الاقسام.
بالنسبة لللبس فهيكون بدلة عمليات(scrubs) لاقسام الجراحة و النسا، و بلطو للاقسام الآخرى. و لازم كل طالب يكون معاه الID.

This form can be used to apply for the position of the manager of any of the main departments for this session. By filling this form you will be signing up to manage and coordinate between the scouts and the students as well as the doctors in your chosen department for a period not less than 2 weeks during the summer session.

GENERAL RULES
1. If you are accepted as the manager of any given department, you are expected to be present in the department in person at least 3 days a week (must include Saturday and Thursday) or as much as the department requires.
2. You must be available to answer calls from the scouts/candidates of your department throughout the day who might have any inquiries or need assistance.
3. If any of your scouts happen to face a problem you will be required to step in and help them.
4. You will be required to train the scouts at the beginning of each week and monitor them and report any misconduct.

ده فورم من خلاله تقدر تقدم عشان تكون الـmanager لقسم من الاقسام الرئيسية المتاحين في الدورة الصيفية لعام ٢٠١٩ من التدريب الاكلينيكي. الـmanager بيكون مسؤل عن التنظيم و التنسيق بين الطلاب و الـscouts و الدكاترة في الاقسام لفترة لا تقل عن اسبوعين.

This form can be used to apply to be a scout in any of the 4 main departments (General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Pediatrics) during the 2019 summer session.

By filling this form you will be applying to work with a team of fellow other scouts under the supervision of a manager for your chosen department. You will be responsible for navigating a group of students through said department for a period of at least a week.
Your tasks will include:
1. Making sure students arrive on time.
2. Handling technical issues that may arise (guided by the help of your manager).
3. Collecting student logbooks at the end of the week.

This is the registration form for the 2019 Summer session of the Clinical Observership Program. There will be 5 weeks to choose from:
- Week 1 starts on 6/7 till 11/7
- Week 2 starts on 13/7 till 18/7
- Week 3 starts on 20/7 till 25/7
- Week 4 starts on 27/7 till 1/8
- Week 5 starts on 3/8 till 8/8

This form will remain open for 3 days. The deadline for registration is Friday 10 pm.

دا اللينك للتسجيل في الدورة الصيفية لعام 2019 في برنامج التدريب الاكلينيكي.
التدريب هيستمر لمدة ٥ اسابيع و كل طالب ليه فرصة ان هو يلتحق في واحد من الاسابيع دي:
- الاسبوع الاول ٦/٧ حتى ١١/٧
- الاسبوع الثاني ١٣/٧ حتى ١٨/٧
- الاسبوع الثالث ٢٠/٧ حتى ٢٥/٧
- الاسبوع الرابع ٢٧/٧ حتى ١/٨
- الاسبوع الخامس ٣/٧ حتى ٨/٨

الفورم هيفضل مفتوح لمدة ٣ ايام و ينتهي التسجيل يوم الجمعة الساعة ١٠ مساءً.

This is the candidate application, applying here allows you to observe medical practice in the teaching hospitals of Cairo University in the Summer of 2019, this is the only stage of application. PLEASE apply only once because if you apply twice the second application will be rejected directly.

احنا بنعتذر عن الخطأ اللي حصل في نتيجة الapplication الثاني, بس احنا كنا نبهنا ان رجاء محدش يقدم مرتين و للاسف في ناس كانت مقبولة في اقسام تانية و اسابيع تانية و قدموا تاني.

بالنسبة للصور اللي تحت الاسماء اللي باللون الاصفر هي الاسماء اللي نازلة في اقسام تانية و دي اتشالت خلاص من نتيجة الapplication الثاني, و بالنسبة للاسماء اللي بالاخضر دي الاسماء اللي تم قبولهم في الاقسام بدالهم . كل واحد من الاسماء اللي بالاخضر مكتوب قدامه القسم و الاسبوع.
بنعتذر تاني عن الخطأ اللي حصل و بالتوفيق للجميع.

بالنسبة للناس اللي اتقبلوا في قسم الcommunity هيبدأوا ان شاء الله من الاحد ٨/٧ مش السبت ٧/٧ زي الباقي.ضروري جدا يكون متواجد معاكم البالطو والid .
بالنسبة لباقي الاقسام بدايتنا بكرة ان شاء الله في مدرج ب الساعة ٨:٣٠ وبرضة بنرجع نأكد على الscrub او البالطو للاقسام والid.
