جامعة المنصورة الأهلية تطلق برنامج "من الفكرة إلى الأثر" لصناعة مبادرات مجتمعية مستدامة
افتتح الأستاذ الدكتور محمد عبد العظيم، رئيس جامعة المنصورة الأهلية، فعاليات البرنامج التدريبي المتخصص "من الفكرة إلى الأثر: أدوات صناعة مبادرة مجتمعية مستدامة"، الذي استهدف تمكين الكوادر الأكاديمية والطلابية من إعداد وتصميم وإدارة المبادرات المجتمعية، وتحويل الأفكار إلى مشروعات قابلة للتنفيذ وذات أثر مستدام.
وحاضر بالبرنامج الأستاذ الدكتور عمرو أحمد جبر، المشرف على المسؤولية المجتمعية بالجامعة ومنسق ورشة العمل، بمشاركة أكثر من 100 متدرب من منسقي المسؤولية المجتمعية بالكليات وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة والطلاب من مختلف كليات الجامعة.
وأكد الأستاذ الدكتور محمد عبد العظيم أن الجامعة تولي المسؤولية المجتمعية اهتمامًا كبيرًا، باعتبارها أحد المحاور الأساسية لدورها ورسالتها في خدمة المجتمع وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، مشيرًا إلى أهمية الانتقال بالمبادرات من مجرد أفكار إلى خطط تنفيذية واضحة، تستند إلى احتياجات حقيقية، وتقاس نتائجها وأثرها بصورة علمية.
وأوضح أن الهدف من تنظيم برنامج "من الفكرة إلى الأثر" هو الانتقال بالعمل المجتمعي من مجرد طرح الأفكار والمبادرات إلى تحديد الاحتياجات الحقيقية للمجتمع، ووضع خطط تنفيذية واضحة، وقياس النتائج والأثر الفعلي لهذه المبادرات، بما يضمن استدامتها وقدرتها على تقديم حلول واقعية للتحديات المجتمعية.
وأشار أن الجامعة ستعمل على دعم وتبني المبادرات المتميزة ضمن خطتها التنفيذية للمسؤولية المجتمعية، بما يتوافق مع رؤية مصر 2030 وأهداف التنمية المستدامة والاستراتيجية الوطنية لوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، مؤكدًا أن النجاح الحقيقي لأي مبادرة يقاس بما تحققه من أثر حقيقي ومستدام في حياة المستفيدين والمجتمع.
تضمن اليوم التدريبي محورين رئيسيين، ركزا على الانتقال بالمبادرات من مرحلة التخطيط إلى التنفيذ الميداني وقياس الأثر، حيث هدف الجزء الأول إلى تمكين المشاركين من صياغة المبادرات استناداً إلى احتياجات واقعية وتحويلها لخطة عمل محوكمة.
وشملت الجلسات مدخلاً للمسؤولية المجتمعية وأهداف التنمية المستدامة ورؤية مصر 2030، وأدوات التحليل الرباعي، وصياغة الأهداف الذكية، ودور التحول الرقمي في الإدارة للمبادارت وتسريع ورفع كفاءة عملها، تخللها ورش عمل تطبيقية لنزول افتراضي للميدان والعصف الذهني لرصد تحديات واحتياجات مجتمعية.
وركز الجزء الثاني من البرنامج التدريبي على إكساب المشاركين مهارات إدارة اللوجستيات والقوافل الشاملة، والتعامل مع الأزمات والمخاطر الميدانية، وآليات تقييم الأثر التنموي.
كما تضمن البرنامج تدريب حول صياغة مذكرات العرض الاستراتيجية ومؤشرات الأداء والتقارير الرقمية لدعم التصنيفات الدولية، وتطوير نماذج عمل المبادرات المجتمعية وفق الأطر الدولية.
وأسفر البرنامج من خلال خمس ورش تطبيقية على مدار اليوم عن إطلاق 10 مبادرات مجتمعية مستدامة تقدم حلولاً عملية بأهداف ذكية وخطط تنفيذية جاهزة للتعامل مع تحديات مجتمعية متنوعة، والتي سوف تتبناها الجامعة ضمن خطها التنفيذية للمسؤولية المجتمعية، بما يتوافق مع الاستراتيجية الوطنية لوزارة التعليم العالي ومحاور رؤية مصر 2030 وأهداف التنمية المستدامة.
Mansoura National University Launches “From Idea to Impact” Programme to Develop Sustainable Community Initiatives
Professor Mohamed Abdel Azim, President of Mansoura National University, inaugurated the activities of the specialised training programme “From Idea to Impact: Tools for Developing a Sustainable Community Initiative”, which aims to empower academic and student cadres to develop, design, and manage community initiatives and transform ideas into feasible projects with sustainable impact.
The programme was delivered by Professor Amr Ahmed Gabr, Supervisor of Community Responsibility at the University and Workshop Coordinator, with the participation of more than 100 trainees, including Community Responsibility Coordinators from the University’s Faculties, academic staff members, teaching assistants, and students from various Faculties.
Professor Mohamed Abdel Azim affirmed that the University attaches great importance to Community Responsibility, considering it one of the key pillars of its role and mission in serving the community and achieving sustainable development. He highlighted the importance of moving community initiatives beyond ideas towards clear implementation plans based on genuine needs, with their outcomes and impact measured through scientific approaches.
He explained that the “From Idea to Impact” programme aims to move community work beyond simply proposing ideas and initiatives towards identifying the community’s actual needs, developing clear implementation plans, and measuring the tangible outcomes and impact of these initiatives. This ensures their sustainability and enhances their ability to provide practical solutions to community challenges.
He further noted that the University will support and adopt outstanding initiatives as part of its Community Responsibility implementation plan, in alignment with Egypt Vision 2030, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the national strategy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. He emphasised that the true success of any initiative is measured by the tangible and sustainable impact it creates in the lives of beneficiaries and the wider community.
The training day covered two main areas, focusing on moving initiatives from the planning stage to field implementation and impact measurement. The first part aimed to equip participants with the skills needed to formulate initiatives based on real needs and translate them into well-structured implementation plans.
The sessions introduced the concepts of Community Responsibility, the Sustainable Development Goals, and Egypt Vision 2030, as well as SWOT analysis and SMART objectives. They also addressed the role of digital transformation in managing community initiatives, accelerating their implementation, and enhancing their efficiency. The sessions included practical workshops featuring simulated field visits and brainstorming activities to identify community challenges and needs.
The second part of the training programme focused on developing participants’ skills in logistics management and comprehensive community caravans, as well as addressing field crises and risks and applying mechanisms for assessing developmental impact.
The programme also included training on preparing briefing memoranda, developing performance indicators and digital reports to support the University’s performance in international rankings, and developing operational models for community initiatives in accordance with international frameworks.
Through five practical workshops conducted throughout the day, the programme resulted in the launch of 10 sustainable community initiatives offering practical solutions supported by SMART objectives and ready-to-implement action plans to address a range of community challenges. The University will adopt these initiatives as part of its Community Responsibility implementation plan, in alignment with the national strategy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the pillars of Egypt Vision 2030, and the Sustainable Development Goals.
