رئيس جامعة المنصورة الأهلية يناقش تطوير العملية التعليمية والامتحانية وخطط دعم الكوادر الأكاديمية
عقد الأستاذ الدكتور محمد عبد العظيم رئيس جامعة المنصورة الأهلية اجتماعًا مع السادة عمداء الكليات ومديري البرامج، بحضور الأستاذ الدكتور وليد رسلان، نائب رئيس الجامعة للشئون الأكاديمية وذلك في إطار حرص الجامعة على تطوير الأداء الأكاديمي والإداري وتعزيز جودة العملية التعليمية.
وخلال الاجتماع، تم استعراض ما تم إنجازه في ملف المسؤولية المجتمعية، إلى جانب متابعة أعمال القافلة البيطرية المجانية التي نظمتها الجامعة في إطار دورها المجتمعي والخدمي.
كما ناقش الاجتماع إعداد خطط لتكليف المعيدين من أوائل الخريجين، بما يسهم في دعم الكفاءات الشابة والاستفادة من العناصر المتميزة أكاديميًا وبحثيًا داخل الجامعة، إلى جانب مناقشة خطة الانتدابات الكلية والجزئية، ووضع معايير واضحة للاختيار، شملت التميز الأكاديمي، والقدرات الشخصية، ومهارات التواصل الفعال، والتميز البحثي.
وتطرق الاجتماع إلى آليات المتابعة الأكاديمية والإدارية، حيث تم التأكيد على التوسع في تطبيق منظومة المتابعة الإلكترونية، بما يحقق سرعة الإنجاز ورفع كفاءة الأداء داخل مختلف قطاعات الجامعة.
كما شهد الاجتماع مناقشة عدد من الموضوعات المتعلقة بتنظيم أعمال الكنترولات والعملية الامتحانية، حيث تم التأكيد على ضرورة توحيد الإجراءات المنظمة لأعمال الكنترول والامتحانات بجميع كليات الجامعة، والالتزام الكامل بالقواعد والتعليمات المنظمة لسير العملية الامتحانية، بما يضمن تحقيق العدالة والانضباط والشفافية.
وشدد رئيس الجامعة على أهمية تشكيل لجان التظلمات وفق الضوابط المنظمة، وتوضيح الإجراءات الخاصة بتقديم وفحص التظلمات المقدمة من الطلاب، إلى جانب التأكيد على تطبيق نص المادة (125) من قانون تنظيم الجامعات وتوحيد آليات تنفيذها على مستوى جميع كليات الجامعة.
President of Mansoura National University Discusses the Development of Educational and Examination Processes and Plans to Support Academic Staff
Professor Mohamed Abdel Azim, President of Mansoura National University, chaired a meeting with faculty deans and program directors in the presence of Professor Waleed Raslan, Vice President for Academic Affairs, as part of the university’s ongoing commitment to enhancing academic and administrative performance and advancing the quality of the educational process.
During the meeting, participants reviewed the university’s achievements in the field of community engagement and social responsibility, in addition to following up on the activities of the free veterinary convoy organized by the university as part of its broader societal and service-oriented mission.
The meeting also addressed plans for appointing teaching assistants from among top graduates in order to support promising young talents and benefit from academically and research-distinguished graduates within the university. Discussions further covered full-time and part-time academic secondment plans, alongside the establishment of clear selection criteria based on academic excellence, personal competencies, effective communication skills, and research achievement.
Participants additionally discussed mechanisms for academic and administrative follow-up, emphasizing the expansion of electronic monitoring and management systems to accelerate workflow and improve operational efficiency across the university’s various sectors.
The meeting also included discussions on several issues related to the organization of examination control procedures and the overall examination process. Emphasis was placed on the importance of standardizing the regulations and procedures governing examination administration across all university faculties, while ensuring full compliance with the rules and instructions regulating the examination process in a manner that guarantees fairness, discipline, and transparency.
Furthermore, the University President stressed the importance of forming grievance committees in accordance with the governing regulations and clearly defining the procedures for submitting and reviewing student grievances. He also emphasized the implementation of Article (125) of the Universities Organization Law and the unification of its enforcement mechanisms across all university faculties.
