🔷 Organizational Development (OD) Leader
Be the architect behind how our team works. Lead change, design better systems, and create a sustainable internal culture.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop & execute organizational development strategies ensuring seamless operations.
- Monitor organization-wide processes and suggest and implement improvements.
- Oversee the learning progress of our teams, ensuring they are competent.
- Ensure organizational efforts are aligned with our vision and long-term strategy.
- Lead our cultural initiatives contributing to a safe and positive environment.
🔶 Talent Management (TM) Leader
Shape the growth journey of our members. Own onboarding, performance, and development in a way that makes people feel seen and empowered.
Your responsibilities include:
- Navigate and execute talent attraction, retention, and satisfaction strategies, ensuring talents are in the right place.
- Oversee performance appraisals and develop performance enhancement programs.
- Ensure team bonding and foster a culture of engaging and fun learning environment.
- Lead the succession planning process and ensure a smooth organizational transition.
