Comprehensive Crowns and Bridges program

Day 1

-Diagnosis and treatment planning.
-Designing your fixed dental prosthesis.

Hands-on practice:
-Case scenarios and bridge design workshop

Day 2:

-All-ceramic restorations (Types and uses of Dental ceramics - Ceramic selection in different designs) from Emax to dufferent types of Zirconia restorations.

-Shade selection for highly aesthetic restorations and color mapping.

-Anterior and posterior all ceramic tioth preparation.

-Tips and tricks to improve esthetics of fixed restorations.

Material selection and decision making in fixed prosthodontics.
-Principles of tooth preparation.
-Improving the quality of teeth preparation.
-Tooth preparation for metal-ceramic restorations (PFM).

Workshop: Hands-on training

Different types of tooth preparation.

-Tooth preparations for anterior and posterior all ceramic restorations.

Day 3:

-Principles of impression making.

-Physical vs digital impressions.

How to use Intraoral Scanners in digital dentistry

-Different impression materials and techniques.

-Tissue retraction and use of retraction cord (Different sizes of cord - single cord vs. Double cording techniques; when and how to do).

-Esthetic provisional restorations.

Workshops:

Digital impression and different scanning strategies with Intraoral Scanners. (Live demo)

Different impressions techniques (full clinical protocol).(Live demo)

Day 4:

-Try in and verification.
-Lab communication between dentists and different lab mistakes.

-Occlusal adjustment and checking occlusion on a final restoration.

-Final cementation and delivery.

-Resin cementation of different all-ceramic restorations. (Emax and zirconia )

Workshop:

Full crown and bridge work (prep. + impression + provisional + cementation).

Day 5:

- Management of Endodontically treated teeth (Diagnosis and checking restorability of teeth).

-Partial coverage vs. full coverage restorations.

-Endocrowns (Preparation- uses - steps and cementation).

-Occlusal overlay: indications, uses, and preparation.

-Post and core (selecting the size and length of the post easy and simple)

-Fiber post and composite core.
-The use of metal posts.

Workshop:
Endocrown preparation (Live demo + hands-on)

Occlusal overlay preparation (Live demo + hands-on)

Fiber post and composite core buildup (demo)
Day 6

Details
Laminate veneers and smile analysis:

Hollywood smile and facial aesthetics.

Prep Vs. Prepless veneers.

Tooth preparation and preparation designs for laminate veneers.

Lumineers, Varioneers ...etc.

Shade modification and management of discoloration with porcelain laminate veneers.

Step-by-step procedure (diagnosis and case selection, shade correction, preparation, try in and final delivery )

Hands on :
