الأستاذ الدكتور عاطف علم الدين رئيس الجامعة يتفقد كليات القطاع الهندسي وقطاع العلوم الإنسانية، ويلتقي بالطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس
في إطار حرص جامعة شرق بورسعيد الأهلية على التواصل المستمر مع طلابها، ومتابعة سير العملية التعليمية بمختلف الكليات والبرامج، قام الأستاذ الدكتور/ عاطف علم الدين – رئيس الجامعة، بجولة تفقدية شملت كليات القطاع الهندسي وقطاع العلوم الإنسانية، وذلك للاطمئنان على انتظام العملية التعليمية، والتعرف على آراء الطلاب واحتياجاتهم، والاستماع إلى مقترحاتهم وتطلعاتهم الأكاديمية والمهنية.
واستهل رئيس الجامعة جولته بزيارة كلية علوم الحاسب وتقنية المعلومات، حيث التقى بالأستاذ الدكتور/ أسامة البقساوي – مدير برامج كلية علوم الحاسب وتقنية المعلومات، وتبادل الحديث مع الطلاب حول تجربتهم الدراسية، واستمع إلى آرائهم ومقترحاتهم، ووجّه لهم عددًا من النصائح التي تحفزهم على الاجتهاد والتفوق، وتنمية مهاراتهم العلمية والتكنولوجية، ومواكبة التطورات المتسارعة في مجالات الحاسب وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.
كما شملت الجولة كلية الهندسة، حيث التقى بالأستاذ المساعد الدكتور/ محمد السقا – مدير برنامج الميكاترونيات والأتمتة، والدكتور/ أسماء راضي – مدير برنامج الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة، واستمع إلى الطلاب وتعرّف على آرائهم بشأن العملية التعليمية، مؤكدًا أهمية الاهتمام بالتطبيق العملي، وتنمية المهارات التخصصية، والاستفادة من الفرص التعليمية والتدريبية التي تسهم في إعدادهم لسوق العمل.
ثم توجه سيادته إلى كلية علوم الأعمال، حيث التقى بالدكتور/ علي جمعة – مدير برنامج المحاسبة والتطبيقات البرمجية، واستمع إلى الطلاب وتعرّف على احتياجاتهم وتطلعاتهم، مؤكدًا حرص الجامعة على تقديم الدعم اللازم لهم، والعمل على رفع كفاءتهم العلمية والعملية، وتوفير فرص التدريب والتأهيل التي تساعدهم على اكتساب الخبرات والمهارات اللازمة للمنافسة في سوق العمل.
وتأتي هذه الجولة في إطار إستراتيجية الجامعة الرامية إلى تعزيز التواصل المباشر مع الطلاب، والوقوف على احتياجاتهم، والعمل على تطوير العملية التعليمية، وتوفير بيئة جامعية داعمة للتميز والإبداع، بما يسهم في إعداد كوادر مؤهلة تمتلك المعرفة والمهارات اللازمة لمواكبة متطلبات المستقبل.
Prof. Dr. Atef Alam El-Din, President of East Port Said National University, Inspects the Engineering and Humanities Sectors and Meets with Students and Faculty Members
As part of East Port Said National University’s commitment to maintaining ongoing communication with its students and monitoring the progress of the educational process across its faculties and programmes, Prof. Dr. Atef Alam El-Din, President of the University, conducted an inspection tour of the Engineering and Humanities Sectors. The visit aimed to ensure the smooth delivery of the educational process, gain insight into students’ views and needs, and listen to their suggestions and academic and professional aspirations.
The University President began his tour with a visit to the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, where he met with Prof. Dr. Osama El-Baksawy, Director of Programmes at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology. He engaged in discussions with students about their academic experiences, listened to their views and suggestions, and offered advice and guidance to encourage academic excellence, strengthen their scientific and technological skills, and keep pace with rapid developments in the fields of computer science and information technology.
The tour also included a visit to the Faculty of Engineering, where the University President met with Assistant Prof. Dr. Mohamed El-Sakka, Director of the Mechatronics and Automation Programme, and Dr. Asmaa Rady, Director of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Programme. He listened to students’ views on the educational process and emphasised the importance of practical application, the development of specialised skills, and making the most of educational and training opportunities that contribute to preparing them for the labour market.
Prof. Dr. Atef Alam El-Din then proceeded to the Faculty of Business Sciences, where he met with Dr. Ali Gomaa, Director of the Accounting and Software Applications Programme. He listened to students’ views and gained insight into their needs and aspirations, affirming the University’s commitment to providing them with the necessary support, enhancing their academic and practical competencies, and offering training and development opportunities that equip them with the experience and skills needed to compete in the labour market.
This tour reflects the University’s strategy to strengthen direct communication with students, identify their needs, continuously improve the educational process, and provide a university environment that fosters excellence and creativity. These efforts contribute to preparing qualified graduates equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the demands of the future.
