تلد الباندا صغارها وهم يشبهون اللعبة تماما و هم لا يبصرون ولا اسنان لهم

عموما الصغار الذين يولدون فى شهر فبراير يبلغ طولهم 10 سم ووزن الواحد منهم 142 جرام و يكون اصغر من امه 500 مرة

مش كده و بس :

يكبر صغار الباندا بسرعة فيبلغ وزن الفرد 27 كجم عند عمر 9 اشهر من ولادته

لاحظ : يبلغ وزن الانسان منا 27 كجم عند عمر 6 سنوات

-occurs due to : VIT A deficiency

- Clinical signs :

1- Enlargement of skin , dry , corregated

2- Fissure & crack formation

3- after removal of keratinized layer .............................. leaving intact skin ..................... no red surface

4- Skin biopsy ........................ A nucleated

- TTT ( Treatment ) :

1- Injection of AD3E :
10 cm...................... cattle
5 cm........................ sheep

2- Mineral mixture :
50 gm..................... cattle............. orally .................. daily

25 gm .................... calf

10 gm .................... sheep

3- Topical application of Keratolytic ointment :

3 gm salcylic acid + 6 gm benzoic acid + up to 100 gm Vaseline

or Zinc oxide ointment 15 % + 16 gm Zinc oxide + 100 gm Vaseline

4- Provide animal w green fodder
