โHow many times have we asked someone, โ๐๐ณ๐ฆ ๐บ๐ฐ๐ถ ๐ฐ๐ฌ๐ข๐บ?โ without really waiting for the answer? How many times have we said โ๐โ๐ฎ ๐ง๐ช๐ฏ๐ฆโ when we were actually struggling?
โ
โSometimes, people hide what they feel because they are scared of being judged, misunderstood, or becoming a burden. Sometimes, all they need is someone who will listen and remind them that they are not alone.
โ
โSo this month, letโs ask again.
โ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐, ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐?
โ
โFor those who are still here, know that your struggles are valid and your feelings matter. You donโt need to have everything figured out, and you donโt have to carry difficult days on your own. You deserve to be heard, understood, and supported. Remember that reaching out for help is always okay, and you deserve to have someone there when things feel heavy.
โ
โFor those we have lost, we remember you not only for how your story ended, but for the life you lived, the people you loved, and the memories you left behind. Your life had meaning, and your memory continues to matter to the people who knew and loved you.
โ
โLet September remind us that su***de prevention is not only about awareness. It is about turning awareness into action.
โ
โDonโt wait until someoneโs pain becomes impossible to hide. Donโt assume that someone who seems okay has nothing going on. Check in. Make space for honest conversations, listen without judgment, and take people seriously when they choose to open up.
