Mondragon Unibertsitateko Humanitate eta Hezkuntza Zientzien Fakultatea eta Enpresagintza Fakultatea/Facultad de Empresariales - Mondragon Unibertsitatea fakultateek proiektuarekin aurrera jarraitzen dugu. Esperientzia honetan Enbaxadore bezala parte hartzen duten ikasleak Peñascal Kooperatiba bisitatzen egon dira. Kooperatiba honen ikasleekin trebakuntza-eremu bat partekatu dugu, eta elkarrekin ikasi dugu. Eduki hauek partekatu ditugu: nor garen geure desberdintasunetatik; zerk motibatzen gaituen ikasten ari garena ikastera; zer zailtasun ditugun; zer ilusio ditugun; zertarako balio diguten zenbait baliabide eta tresnak (adibidez, curriculum bat egiten ikastea, edo lan egiten dugun pertsonen beharrak entzutearen garrantzia).
Formakuntza saio honetan norbanako bakoitzaz asko galdetu dugu eta unibertsitateak eta Peñascal Kooperatibak besteoi zer eskaintzen diguten ikasi dugu.
Topaketa hau, ezberdintasunetatik abiatuta, oso interesgarria izan da, elkartzen gaituzten hari ikusezinak deskubritzen ditugulako eta horiek elkartuta, elkartzeko aukera berriak imajina ditzakegulako.
The faculties HUHEZI and Enpresagintza, of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, continue advancing with the project # . The students who participate in this experience as Ambassadors have been visiting the Peñascal Cooperative. We have shared with the students of this Cooperative a training space in which we have learned together and we have shared the following contents: we have talked about who we are from our own differences; what motivates us to study what we are studying; the difficulties we encounter; the illusions we have; what certain resources and tools serve us for (such as, for example, learning to make a curriculum, or the importance of listening to the needs of the people with whom we work).
It has been a training space in which we have asked a lot about each other and in which we have learned about what, the university and the Peñascal Cooperative provide us with the environments in which we are training.
This encounter, from the differences, has been very interesting, because we discover the invisible threads that unite us and that, together, we can imagine new possibilities of encounter.
