በወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ምህንድስናና ቴክኖሎጂ ኮሌጅ የጋርመንት፣ ቴክስታይል እና ፋሽን ዲዛይን ትምህርት ክፍሎች በጋራ ያዘጋጁትን ዓመታዊ አውደርዕይ እና የፋሽን ሾው ፕሮግራም አካሂደዋል።

ፕሮግራሙን በንግግር ያስጀመሩት የኮሌጁ ዲን ዶ/ር ገብሬ ኤግነት እንደገለጹት፤ ዝግጅቱ ተማሪዎች በትምህርት ዘመናቸው በንድፈ ሀሳብ የቀሰሙትን ዕውቀትና ክህሎት በተግባር የሚያሳዩበት መድረክ ነው ብለዋል።

አክለውም የጋርመንትና ቴክስታይል ዘርፍ ለሀገሪቱ መጣኔ ሃብትና ኢንዱስትሪያዊ ዕድገት ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽኦ እንዳለው አስረድተዋል።

ከጥንት ጀምሮ ከቆዳ፣ ከጥጥ እና ከሱፍ የሚሠሩ አልባሳት የነበሩ መሆኑን የጠቆሙት ዲኑ፤ ዘርፉ በጊዜ ሂደት እየተራቀቀ በመምጣቱ በአሁኑ ወቅት በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ትልቅ ዕድገት እያሳየ እንደሚገኝ አመላክተዋል።

በሀገራችንም የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮችና ፋብሪካዎች መስፋፋት ዘርፉን ለማሳደግ እየተደረጉ ካሉ ጥሩ ጅምሮች መካከል ተጠቃሽ መሆኑን ገልጸው፤ ሆኖም አሁንም አንዳንዶቹ ግብዓቶችና የሰለጠነ የሰው ኃይል ከውጭ ሀገር የሚመጡ መሆናቸው በዘርፉ ላይ የሚታይ ውስንነት መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል።

በመሆኑም ይህንን የአሠራር ዘይቤ ለማዘመንና የሀገሪቱን ፍላጎት በሀገር ውስጥ አቅም ለመተካት ተማሪዎች ትልቅ ድርሻ እንዳላቸው በመግለጽ፣ ትምህርታቸውን በትጋትና በጥንካሬ እንዲከታተሉ አሳስበዋል።

ዶ/ር ገብሬ አክለውም፥ ወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ እያካሄደ ባለው የስርዓተ ትምርት ክለሳ ሂደት ውስጥ ከኢንዱስትሪዎች ጋር በትብብር ለመሥራት የሚያስችል አቅጣጫ መያዙን ጠቁመው፤ ይህም የተማሪዎችን ተግባራዊ ብቃት ለማሳደግና ከወቅታዊው የሥራ ገበያ ጋር የተጣጣመ ትምህርት ለመስጠት እንደሚያግዝ አስገንዝበዋል።

በዕለቱም በተማሪዎች የተዘጋጁ የተለያዩ የአልባሳት ዲዛይኖችና የፈጠራ ሥራዎች ለታዳሚዎች የቀረቡ ሲሆን፤ የተማሪዎችን የፈጠራ ችሎታና ተግባራዊ ክህሎት በሚገባ በማሳየታቸው የብዙዎችን ትኩረት መሳብ ችለዋል።

ከዚህም በተጨማሪ በጋርመንት፣ ቴክስታይል እና ፋሽን ዲዛይን ትምህርት ክፍሎች የተሰሩ ጥናታዊ ጽሑፎችና አጫጭር ፊልሞች ቀርበው ውይይት ተደርጎባቸዋል።

በመድረኩ በፋሽን ዲዛይን ትምህርት ክፍል ተማሪዎች የቀረቡት ማራኪ የፋሽን ትዕይንቶችም አዳዲስ ዲዛይኖችንና የፈጠራ ሥራዎችን አስተዋውቀዋል።

በዚሁ የሙያ ማሳያ ፕሮግራም ላይ የዩኒቨርሲቲው መምህራን፣ ተማሪዎች እና ጥሪ የተደረገላቸው እንግዶች ተገኝተዋል።

በፕሮግራሙ ዝግጅት ላይ ከፍተኛ ተሳትፎና የላቀ ብቃት ላሳዩ ተማሪዎች የእውቅና ሰርተፍኬት ተበርክቶላቸዋል።

📢 በህገ-ወጥ የሰዎች ዝውውርን ለመከላከልና ህጋዊ ጉዞን ለማበረታታት ያተኮረ የምክክር መድረክ ተካሄደ

በወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ከሚመለከታቸው ባለድርሻ አካላት ጋር በመሆን፣ ኢ-መደበኛ ፍልሰትንና ህገ-ወጥ የሰዎች ዝውውርን ለመከላከል እንዲሁም ህጋዊ የጉዞ መስመሮችን ለማበረታታት ያለመ የምክክር መድረክ ተካሄደ።

"ወጣቶች በሀገራቸው ሰርተው የመለወጥ ሰፊ ዕድል አላቸው" —የምርምር እና ቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ምክትል ፕሬዚደንት ዶ/ር ዮሀንስ ገብሩ

የምክክር መድረኩን በንግግር የከፈቱት የወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የምርምርና ቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ምክትል ፕሬዝዳንት ዶ/ር ዮሐንስ ገብሩ እንደገለጹት፤ ወጣቶች በሀገራቸው ተምረው እና የራሳቸውን ስራ ፈጥረው ራሳቸውንም ሆነ ሀገራቸውን መለወጥ የሚችሉበት ሰፊ ዕድል አላቸው። ሆኖም ግን፣ በርካታ ወጣቶች በህገ-ወጥ ደላሎች የሀሰት ተስፋ ተታለው ለከፍተኛ ስነ-ልቦና ስብራት፣ ለሰብዓዊ መብት ጥሰቶችና ለአሰቃቂ የህይወት መጥፋት አደጋ እየተዳረጉ እንደሚገኙ ገልጸዋል።

ምክትል ፕሬዝዳንቱ አክለውም፣ ወደ ውጭ ሀገር ሄዶ የመስራት ፍላጎት ያላቸው ዜጎች መብትና ክብራቸው ተጠብቆ በህጋዊ መንገድ መሄድ የሚችሉበት ስርአት መዘርጋቱን ማህበረሰቡ እንዲገነዘብ ማድረግ የዚህ መድረክ ዋነኛ ዓላማ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል።

የዩኒቨርሲቲው ዘርፈ-ብዙ ጥረቶች

ወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ይህንን እየተስፋፋ የመጣውን ማህበራዊ ቀውስ ለመግታት በርካታ ስራዎችን እያከናወነ ይገኛል። ከእነዚህም መካከል፦

• የፈጠራ ስራዎች ማበረታታት: የወደፊት ተስፋ የሆኑ የአካባቢው ወጣቶች በዩኒቨርሲቲው የሳይንስ፣ ቴክኖሎጂ፣ ኢንጂነሪንግ እና ሒሳብ ማዕከል አማካኝነት የፈጠራ አቅማቸውን እንዲያሳድጉ ስልጠናዎች እየተሰጡ ይገኛል።

• የትምህርት ድጋፍ: የሁለተኛ ደረጃ ተማሪዎች ውጤታማ እንዲሆኑና የተሻለ የነገ ተስፋ እንዲሰንቁ የማጠናከሪያ ትምህርት ሲሰጥ ቆይቷል።

የመወያያ ፅንሰ-ሀሳቦች እና የተሳታፊዎች ተሳትፎ

በመድረኩ ላይ በሰዎች ህገ-ወጥ ዝውውር ዙሪያ ያሉ መሠረታዊ ፅንሰ-ሀሳቦችን፣ መነሻ ምክንያቶችንና ተሞክሮዎችን የዳሰሱ መነሻ ጽሑፎች በዶ/ር አብነት ሽፈራው እና በመምህር ጥላሁን ታደሰ ቀርበው ሰፊ ውይይት ተደርጎባቸዋል።

በዚህ የምክክር መድረክ ላይ ጥሪ የተደረገላቸው ባለድርሻ አካላት ከጉራጌ ዞን፤ከምስራቅ ጉራጌ ዞን፤ ከቀቤና ልዩ ወረዳ እና ከየም ዞን የተወከሉ አካላት ተሳትፈዋል።

ይህ የምክክር መድረክ በህብረተሰቡ ዘንድ ስለ ህገ-ወጥ ፍልሰት አስከፊነት ግንዛቤን በመፍጠር፣ ህጋዊና ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ ጉዞን ለማበረታታት አዎንታዊ ተፅዕኖ ይኖረዋል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል።

📢 Consultative Forum Held to Combat Human Trafficking

Wolkite University has hosted a consultative forum aimed at preventing irregular migration and human trafficking while promoting legal and safe travel pathways.

"Youth Have Ample Opportunities to Transform Themselves by Working in Their Homeland" Vice President for Research and Technology, Dr. Yohannes Gebru.

Opening the forum, Dr. Yohannes Gebru, Vice President for Research and Technology Transfer at Wolkite University, emphasized that young people possess extensive opportunities to learn, innovate, and transform both their own lives and their country.

However, he noted with concern that many young individuals fall prey to the false promises of illegal brokers, exposing themselves to severe psychological trauma, human rights violations, and tragic loss of life.

The Vice President further highlighted that the primary objective of this forum is to raise public awareness about existing institutional frameworks. He stressed that citizens wishing to work abroad can pursue employment legally, ensuring their rights and dignity remain fully protected.

The University’s Multi-Faceted Initiatives

Wolkite University is actively implementing several initiatives to curb this growing social crisis, including:

• Fostering Innovation: Empowering local youth through targeted training at the university’s STEM Center to enhance their creative and innovative capacities.

• Educational Support: Providing tutorial and remedial classes for high school students to improve their academic performance and instill hope for a brighter future.

Key Discussion Themes and Stakeholder Participation
During the forum, foundational concepts, root causes, and case studies regarding human trafficking were presented in discussion papers by Dr. Abnet Shiferaw and Lecturer Tilahun Tadesse, which sparked extensive deliberations.

The consultative event drew key stakeholders and representatives from Gurage Zone, East Gurage Zone, Kebena Special Wereda and Yem Zone.

This consultative forum is highly anticipated to create a positive impact to foster deep community awareness about the devastating consequences of informal migration, while championing legal, secure, and orderly pathways for travel.

የጉራጌ ማኅበረሰብ የባህል፣ የታሪክና የስልጣኔ መገለጫ የሆነውን «ጀፎረ» (የጋራ ሰፊና ውብ ባህላዊ መንገድ) በዓለም አቀፉ የዩኔስኮ (UNESCO) ባህላዊ ቅርሶች ዝርዝር ውስጥ ለማስመዝገብ የተከናወነው የጥናት ውጤት የርክክብ ሥነ-ሥርዓት በትላንትናው ዕለት በደመቀ ሁኔታ ተከናውኗል።

ወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የአካባቢውን ማኅበረሰብ ባህላዊ እሴት ጠብቆ ለማቆየትና ለዓለም ለማስተዋወቅ የጀመረውን ታሪካዊ ጉዞ ወደ ላቀ ደረጃ ያሸጋገረበት ይህ ጥናት፤ ለዩኒቨርሲቲውም ሆነ ለቀጠናው ማኅበረሰብ ትልቅ ኩራትና ተስፋን ያሰነቀ ታላቅ እርምጃ ነው።

📢 ወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ «ጀፎረን» በዩኔስኮ ለማስመዝገብ የሚያስችለውን የጥናት ውጤት አስረከበ

ወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ «ጀፎረን» በዓለም አቀፉ የትምህርት፣ የሳይንስና የባህል ድርጅት (ዩኔስኮ) ለማስመዝገብ ያካሄደውን የጥናት ውጤት አስረከበ።

የጥናት ውጤቱ የተረከቡት የጉራጌ እና የምስራቅ ጉራጌ ዞኖች የባህልና ቱሪዝም መምሪያዎች ሲሆኑ፣ በርክክብ ስነ-ስርዓቱ ላይ የማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል ባህልና ቱሪዝም ቢሮ ምክትል ኃላፊ አቶ ደግነህ ቦጋለ ተገኝተዋል።

በርክክብና በምክክር መድረኩ ላይ የዩኒቨርሲቲው የምርምርና ቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ምክትል ፕሬዝዳንት ዶክተር ዮሐንስ ገብሩ የእንኳን ደህና መጣችሁ ንግግር ካደረጉ በኋላ ስለ «ጀፎረ» ማብራሪያ ሰጥተዋል።

ይህ ጥናት የዩኔስኮን መስፈርቶች መሰረት አድርጎ የተጠናና ከአንድ ዓመት በላይ የፈጀ መሆኑን የገለጹት ዶክተር ዮሐንስ፤ የጥናቱ ዋና ዓላማ «ጀፎረ» በዓለም ቅርስነት እንዲመዘገብ፣ ልዩ ጥበቃ እንዲደረግለትና ከትውልድ ወደ ትውልድ እንዲሸጋገር ለማስቻል እንደሆነ አመላክተዋል።

የወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬዝዳንት ዶክተር አብደልሙህስን ሀሰን በበኩላቸው፤ ዩኒቨርሲቲው ከመማር ማስተማር ስራው ባለፈ በምርምር እና በቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ዘርፎች በርካታ ስራዎችን እያከናወነ እንደሚገኝ ገልጸዋል።

ዩኒቨርሲቲው በተግባራዊ ሳይንስ ምድብ ስር የሚመደብ በመሆኑ፣ ከዚህ ልየታ ጋር የተስማማ ስርዓተ-ትምህርት በመቅረጽ ላይ እንደሚገኝ ጠቁመው፤ በዚህም ሀገር በቀል እውቀቶችን ከዘመናዊው ሳይንስ ጋር በማስተሳሰር የማበልጸግ ስራ ላይ በትኩረት እንደሚሰራ አብራርተዋል።

"ዩኒቨርሲቲያችን ከአካባቢው ማህበረሰብ ጋር ዘርፈ-ብዙ ስራዎችን እየሰራ ይገኛል" ያሉት ፕሬዝዳንቱ፣ «ጀፎረን» በተመለከተም ከተቋሙ አርማ (ሎጎ) ጀምሮ በማስተዋወቅ፣ ባህላዊ እሴቱ ሳይበረዝ ለትውልድ እንዲተላለፍና ዓለም አቀፍ እውቅና እንዲያገኝ የበኩሉን ጥረት ማድረጉን አስታውሰዋል።

ዶክተር አብደልሙህስን ዛሬ ለርክክብ በበቃው የጥናት ውጤት ላይ ለተሳተፉ አካላት በሙሉ ምስጋናቸውን ያቀረቡ ሲሆን፣ ቅርሱ በዩኔስኮ ተመዝግቦ ዓለም አቀፍ እውቅና እንዲያገኝ ያላቸውን መልካም ምኞት ገልጸዋል። በመድረኩ ላይ የጉራጌ «ጀፎረ» ከማህበረሰቡ ጋር ያለው ጥልቅ ቁርኝትና ጥቅሙ በዝርዝር ቀርቧል።

በተያያዥም፣ ለአካባቢው ማህበረሰብ ጠቀሜታ ያለው «ጉራጌ ሀብ» የተሰኘው የቴክኖሎጂ ሲስተም (ስርዓት) የበለጸገ ሲሆን፣ ዛሬ ስራው ተጠናቆ የርክክብ ስነ-ስርዓት ተካሂዶለታል።

በመጨረሻም በቀረቡት የምክክር መነሻ ሃሳቦች ላይ ሰፊ ውይይት የተደረገ ሲሆን፣ በዚህ የምርምር ምክክር መድረክ ላይ፦

• የዩኒቨርሲቲው ከፍተኛ አመራሮች፣
• የማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል ባህልና ቱሪዝም ቢሮ ምክትል ኃላፊ አቶ ደግነህ ቦጋለ፣

Wolkite University has officially submitted the findings of a research study aimed at registering "Jefore" (the traditional green Gurage village) with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

The research outcomes were received by the Culture and Tourism Departments of the Gurage and East Gurage Zones. Mr. Degneh Bogale, Deputy Head of the Central Ethiopia Regional State Culture and Tourism Bureau, attended the handover ceremony.

Key Details of the Study
During the consultative and handover forum, Dr. Yohannes Gebru, the University Vice President for Research and Technology Transfer, delivered the welcoming address and provided an overview of "Jefore."

• Duration: The study took over a year to complete.
• Standards: It was conducted strictly in accordance with UNESCO criteria.

• Objective: The primary goal is to secure world heritage status for "Jefore," ensuring it receives special protection and is successfully preserved for future generations.

University's Commitment to Indigenous Knowledge
Dr. Abdelmuhsin Hasen, President of Wolkite University, highlighted that the institution is actively engaged in various research and technology transfer initiatives beyond its core Academic responsibilities.

"Our University is working on multifaceted projects in collaboration with the local community," Dr. Abdelmuhsin stated. He noted that the University has been promoting "Jefore" by incorporating it into the institution's official logo, aiming to preserve its cultural value intact while striving for international recognition.

Furthermore, since Wolkite University is categorized as an applied Sciences institution, it is currently designing a curriculum aligned with this designation. This approach focuses on enriching indigenous knowledge by integrating it with modern science.

The President expressed his gratitude to everyone involved in bringing the research output and conveyed his best wishes for the successful registration of the heritage site by UNESCO.

The forum also featured detailed presentations on the deep connection between the Gurage community and "Jefore," as well as its socio-cultural benefits.

Launch of "Gurage Hub"

In a related development, a technological platform named "Gurage Hub," developed to benefit the local community, was fully completed and officially handed over during the ceremony.

The workshop, which aimes to register Jefore as a heritage, has begun to take place. Research studied in accordance with UNISCO's criteria will be presented in the presence of stakeholders.

The forum was attended by Wolkite University Higher officials, the head of the Central Ethiopia Regional Culture and Tourism Bureau, Deputy head Mr. Degeneh Bogale, the head of the Gurage Zone Culture Tourism Department, Mrs. Meseret Amergah, and Mrs. Beruktawit Tsegaye, the head of the East Gurage Zone Culture and Tourism Department.

በወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የልህቀትና የፈጠራ ሥራዎችን ለዕይታ የሚያበቃ ልዩ የፋሽን ዲዛይን ትርዒትና ኤግዚቢሽን ሰኔ 6 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በደመቀ ሁኔታ ይካሄዳል።

📢 ለ2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤቶች መምህራንና የቤተ-ሙከራ ባለሙያዎች የአቅም ግንባታ ስልጠና ተሰጠ

በወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የአገልግሎት ክልል ውስጥ ለሚገኙ የ2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤቶች የተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ መምህራን እና የቤተ-ሙከራ ባለሙያዎች የተግባር ስልጠና ተሰጥቷል።

ዩኒቨርሲቲው ሀገራዊ የትምህርት ጥራት ስብራትን ለመጠገን በሚደረገው ርብርብ ውስጥ የራሱን ድርሻ በግንባር ቀደምትነት እየተወጣ ይገኛል።

ከአካባቢው የ2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤቶች ጋር በመቀናጀት የሳይንስ ቤተ-ሙከራዎችን ማደራጀት እና የመምህራንን አቅም ማጎልበት ከተከናወኑት አበይት ተግባራት መካከል ተጠቃሽ ነው።

ይህ የአቅም ግንባታ ስልጠና የተማሪዎችን የሳይንስ እውቀትና ፍላጎት በማሳደግ፣ የትምህርት ጥራትን ለማረጋገጥ በሚደረገው ጉዞ ላይ ጉልህ ሚና እንደሚኖረው ይጠበቃል።

በዚህ በሁለተኛው ዙር ስልጠና ከ5 ትምህርት ቤቶች 16 ባለሙያዎች የተሳተፉ ሲሆን፦
• በአካባቢው የሚገኙ በቀላሉ የሚገኙ ግብዓቶችን በመጠቀም ተማሪዎችን እንዴት በተግባር ማስተማር እንደሚቻል፣

• የቤተ-ሙከራ ቁሳቁሶችን በስርዓቱ ማደራጀትና ማስተዳደር በሚቻልበት ሁኔታ ላይ ሰፊ ግንዛቤ ተፈጥሯል።

በመጀመሪያው ዙር በተካሄደው ተመሳሳይ ስልጠና 14 የ2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤቶች መሳተፋቸው የሚታወስ ነው።

📢 Capacity-Building Training Delivered to Secondary School Teachers and Laboratory Technicians

Practical, hands-on training has been administered to natural science teachers and laboratory technicians from secondary schools operating within Wolkite University’s service catchment area.

The University continues to play a vanguard role in the collective national effort to rectify systemic declines in educational quality.

Key among its milestone achievements is its collaborative engagement with local secondary schools to establish and organize science laboratories while simultaneously enhancing instructional capacity.

This capacity-building initiative is anticipated to play a pivotal role in elevating educational quality by fostering students' scientific literacy, inquiry, and academic enthusiasm.

This second round of training focused extensively on two core areas:

• Pedagogical strategies for conducting practical, hands-on demonstrations utilizing readily available local resources.

• Best practices for the systematic organization, management, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

It is recalled that 14 secondary schools participated in the inaugural round of this consecutive training series.

በወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ከግንቦት 27 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ሲሰጥ የቆየው የአቅም ማሻሻያ ትምህርት ማጠቃለያ ፈተና በተሳካ ሁኔታ ተጠናቋል።

የፈተናው ሂደት በሰላም መጠናቀቁን ተከትሎ፣ የወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬዝዳንት ዶ/ር አብደልሙህሲን ሃሰን በስራው ላይ ንቁ ተሳትፎ ላደረጉ ባለድርሻ አካላት በሙሉ የምስጋና መልዕክት አስተላልፈዋል።

ፕሬዝዳንቱ እንዳመለከቱት፤ ለፈተናው ቅድመ ዝግጅት ከተለያዩ የሥራ ክፍሎች የተውጣጣ አብይ ግብረ-ኃይል ተቋቁሞ ከዝግጅት ምዕራፍ ጀምሮ ፈተናው እስኪጠናቀቅ ድረስ ከፍተኛ ርብርብ ተደርጓል።

ይህም ውጤታማ ስራ ለመስራት ማስቻሉን ጠቁመው፣ ለተመዘገበው ስኬት በየደረጃው የሚገኙ ባለድርሻ አካላት ላበረከቱት አስተዋጽኦ የከበረ ምስጋና አቅርበዋል።

ፕሬዝዳንቱ አያይዘውም፣ ከነገ ጀምሮ ለሚካሄደው አገር አቀፍ የመውጫ ፈተና በቂ ዝግጅት መደረጉን አስታውሰዋል። የአቅም ማሻሻያ ፈተና የወሰዱ ተማሪዎች መልካም ውጤት እንዲያሰመዘግቡ መልካም ምኞታቸውን የገለጹት ዶ/ር አብደልሙህሲን፣ ለመውጫ ፈተናው በመዘጋጀት ላይ ለሚገኙ ተመራቂ ተማሪዎችም መልካም የፈተና ጊዜ እንዲሆንላቸው ተመኝተዋል።

በተመሳሳይ ዜና፣ የዩኒቨርሲቲው የአካዳሚክ ጉዳዮች ምክትል ፕሬዝዳንት ዶ/ር ሀብቴ ዱላ የማጠቃለያ ፈተናው በታቀደው መሠረት በስኬት መጠናቀቁን አረጋግጠዋል።

ሂደቱን በብቃት ለመምራት አብይና ንዑሳን ግብረ-ኃይሎችን በማቋቋም የተቀናጀ ሥራ መከናወኑን የጠቆሙት ምክትል ፕሬዝዳንቱ፣ በተለይም በበይነ-መረብ የሚሰጡ ፈተናዎችን በላቀ ብቃት ለመምራት ዩኒቨርሲቲው የቴክኖሎጂና የውስጥ አቅሙን በከፍተኛ ደረጃ እያጎለበተ እንደሚገኝ አስገንዝበዋል።

ከተቋሙ የወጣው መርሃ-ግብር እንደሚያሳየው፣ የአቅም ማሻሻያ ፈተናው መጠናቀቁን ተከትሎ ከነገ ጀምሮ የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ተማሪዎች ብሔራዊ የመውጫ ፈተና መሰጠት ይጀምራል። ዝርዝር የመውጫ ፈተና መርሃ-ግብሩ ከዚህ ቀደም ሰኔ 02 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በዚህ ይፋዊ ገጽ ላይ መገለጹ ይታወሳል።

📢 Wolkite University Successfully Concludes Remedial Program Examination; National Exit Exam Set to Begin Tomorrow

The Remedial Program final examination, which had been administered at Wolkite University since June 04, 2026, has been successfully concluded.

Following orderly completion of the examination process, the President of Wolkite University, Dr. Abdelmuhsin Hassen, extended his gratitude to all stakeholders who actively participated in the ex*****on of the program.

The President noted that a dedicated main task force, composed of representatives from various departments, was established prior to the exams. This task force exerted concerted efforts from the preparatory phase through to the conclusion of the examinations.

Dr. Abdelmuhsin pointed out that these coordinated efforts were instrumental in achieving such an effective outcome, and he expressed his profound appreciation to stakeholders at all levels for their invaluable contributions.

Furthermore, the President affirmed that comprehensive preparations have been finalized for the national exit examination, which commences tomorrow.

In addition to wishing success to the students who took the remedial examination, Dr. Abdelmuhsin extended his best wishes to the graduating students currently preparing for the national exit exam, hoping they experience a smooth and successful examination period.

The Academic Vice President of the University, Dr. Habte Dula, confirmed that the final examination was successfully completed as planned.

The Vice President highlighted that an integrated operation was executed through the establishment of main and sub-task forces to manage the process efficiently.

He further emphasized that the university is aggressively building its technological infrastructure and internal capacity to administer online examinations with higher levels of competence.

According to the institutional schedule, following the conclusion of the remedial examination, the national exit examination for undergraduate students will commence tomorrow.

It is recalled that the detailed schedule for the exit examination was previously notified on this official page on June 09, 2026.
