Our MBA cohort visited an iconic Aixois business: Léonard Parli, established in 1874 and renowned for quality artisanal confections. Léonard Parli is labeled as an Enterprise du Patrimoine Vivant, a prestigious label of recognition from the French State, awarded to companies with exceptional artisanal savoir-faire. Our students had the opportunity to gain firsthand insight into a business that prioritizes quality, authenticity, and regional identity while maintaining artisanal methods and using regionally sourced ingredients.
