Teaching Change and Transitions Management still provides lots of good feelings, these competencies bring sooooo terribly necessary in organizations. Great team composed of the the EMBA participants, and the guest participants from Politecnico di Milano and Reutlingen University.

20 years now that I am teaching the soft skills which are now considered to be key in the post-pandelmic new age of work. I personally think that they were always key...

Easy to talk about, much more difficult to apply and enact...

The changing nature of work—with fully remote to hybrid arrangements— makes human skills even more crucial to develop now.

[CP] Part-time EMBA participants presenting their consulting project to the jury composed of their clients and the academic tutors and professors. A great organizational and managerial project around a specific training programme at ITER is a nice example.
