"We've decided to select three strategic projects on which to focus our energies. The main goal is to enable students to freely attend courses at partner universities, and allow them to pursue an open and international higher education". On Il Sole 24 ORE, one of the biggest Italian business newspaper, the Rector of Politecnico di Milano discusses with these words the university's internationalization strategy, remarking the importance of as a main pillar.

Congratulations to the first Alliance4Tech students who have finished their A4T program with an intensive workshop in London hosted by UCL!

Last week we were in , hosted by the Faculty of Engineering Sciences at UCL, which held the first Alliance4Tech Workshop. Students from Technische Universität Berlin, CentraleSupélec, Politecnico di Milano and UCL were involved in a competition to develop a business plan for a breakthrough innovation in the microfluidics field. This workshop was also a great opportunity to remark the importance of this alliance among the four universities, and to create bonds between students and faculties.

The Alliance4Tech program aims at fostering the and capabilities of its participants. This year, thanks to the partner CentraleSupélec, some of our students had the possibility to take part in Paris to Viva Technology, the biggest European Exposition regarding digital technologies and start-ups. It was a great opportunity to attend conferences from CEOs and tech experts, hear the pitch of more than 8000 start-ups and touch with hands the latest technologies.
