Within the Master in Strategy & Digital Transformation and the Master in Business Analysis & Consulting, IÉSEG offers its students the 'Transformation Consulting' course, the main objective of which is to acquire the methods and posture of a consultant, alongside experts, to transform organisations.

This course was designed and developed in collaboration with Sopra Steria Next, a major player in management consultancy and digital transformation, and allows students to obtain the 'SAFe® Agilist' certification, which is internationally recognised in the field of organisational transformation.

As highlighted by Cyrine Ben-Hafaiedh, Academic Director of the Master in Strategy and Digital Transformation: "Our goal was to build this course using an integrative approach, incorporating training modules created by Sopra Steria Next to deliver a comprehensive, tailor-made program that directly addresses our students’ needs and market expectations."

A Grande École Program alumnus and partner at NSW Conseil, Romain Berrou ( 2015) advocates for a pragmatic and responsible approach to artificial intelligence. He integrates AI into the core of corporate CSR strategies by prioritizing open-source, energy-efficient, and sovereign models.

For his firm, AI serves as a powerful driver of efficiency that complements human expertise, making it possible to optimize clients' extra-financial ratings while significantly reducing case processing times. Convinced that the future of technology will depend on human choices, he calls for moving past caricatured narratives to place innovation at the service of sustainable value for society.

Thanks to the generosity of the Francourt family, IESEG Fondation is launching a scholarship designed to support students wishing to join the Master in Management of Sustainability. 🌳

Worth €6,000, this scholarship is awarded as a tuition fee reduction, covering more than a quarter of the program's total cost. It has been created to support committed and motivated individuals for whom financing their education is a major challenge.

Selection Criteria:
· Planning to enroll in the Master in Management of Sustainability or already enrolled ;
· Demonstrating strong motivation for the program and a clear commitment to sustainability issues
· Providing evidence of financial need that justifies financial support.

To encourage the emergence of initiatives with a strong social and environmental impact, IÉSEG has launched the Sustainable Impact Fund, supported by the FRANCOURT family and developed in collaboration with the IÉSEG Foundation. ♻️

Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this fund offers financial support and coaching by expert mentors for projects led by our students, alumni, and staff.

For this first edition, three inspiring student projects were selected by the jury:
- LetsTalkAboutSex (Chloé Besson): a startup and a chatbot dedicated to raising awareness about sexual health.
- Public Affair (Sofia Potier): an engaged media and project centered around second-hand fashion and overconsumption.
- Soupact (Paula V. Ramírez & Ece Dinçkul): an initiative fighting food waste by transforming unsold vegetables into affordable soups.
