Au programme : 🤝 Une après-midi d'intégration par les pairs, durant laquelle les étudiants de 2e année des formations ECAM Arts et Métiers et ECAM Engineering ont imaginé et animé des activités pour accueillir les 1res années.
🌍 World ECAM, un événement organisé par et le avec le soutien de la CVEC, à destination des 1res et 2e années.
Merci aux étudiants, associations et partenaires qui ont contribué à faire de ces moments une réussite.

FR 🎓 La rentrée 2026-2027 est officiellement lancée à ECAM LaSalle !

Une partie de nos étudiants ont retrouvé les bancs du campus cette semaine avec enthousiasme et énergie pour démarrer cette nouvelle année académique.

Nous avons eu le plaisir d'accueillir les promotions :
🔹 ECAM Arts et Métiers 1 & 3
🔹 ECAM Engineering 1
🔹 Bachelor Cybersécurité des Systèmes Industriels et Urbains 1

Pour nos nouveaux arrivants, cette semaine est également marquée par les premiers temps forts de la vie étudiante : séminaire d'intégration lasallien, ateliers de cohésion, forum de rentrée, lancement des soirées étudiantes... Autant d'occasions de faire connaissance et de créer les premiers souvenirs de cette aventure qui commence.

Les prochaines rentrées se poursuivront tout au long du mois de septembre, avec l'arrivée progressive de l'ensemble de nos étudiants.

EN - 🎓 The 2026–2027 academic year has officially begun at ECAM LaSalle!

Some of our students returned to campus this week, full of enthusiasm and energy, to kick off this new academic year.

We were delighted to welcome the following cohorts:
🔹 ECAM Arts et Métiers 1 & 3
🔹 ECAM Engineering 1
🔹 Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity for Industrial and Urban Systems 1

For our new students, this week is also marked by the first highlights of student life: the Lasallian induction seminar, team-building workshops, start-of-term forum, the launch of student social events… So many opportunities to get to know one another and create the first memories of this adventure that is just beginning.

The start of the new academic year will continue throughout September, with the gradual arrival of all our students.

Une journée d'accueil avec visite du campus et de la ville avant d'attaquer les cours et l'année plus sereinement.

FR - Nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir sur le campus ECAM LaSalle Lyon 6 étudiants thaïlandais de Mahidol University, venus réaliser un stage de recherche en science des matériaux.

À travers l’étude de surfaces d’aciers corrodés et non corrodés, ils ont mis en pratique leurs connaissances grâce à des analyses DRX, des essais tribologiques et un travail de recherche scientifique approfondi.

Une belle expérience internationale alliant science, innovation et échanges culturels ! 🌍

EN - We were delighted to welcome six Thai students from Mahidol University to the ECAM LaSalle Lyon campus, who came to undertake a research placement in materials science.

Through the study of corroded and non-corroded steel surfaces, they put their knowledge into practice using X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, tribological testing and in-depth scientific research.

A wonderful international experience combining science, innovation and cultural exchange! 🌍

FR - Nos étudiants ont du talent ! 💪

Double titre européen pour Gabriel Bacquenois, étudiant en cycle préparatoire à l'ECAM Arts et Métiers. Mi-juillet, il a brillamment représenté la France lors des Championnats d'Europe multisports de Banyoles (Espagne).

✅ Champion d'Europe de cross-triathlon (20-24 ans) après une magnifique 2ᵉ place au classement général Groupe d'Âge et une 1ʳᵉ place dans sa catégorie.
✅ Champion d'Europe de cross-duathlon (20-24 ans) en remportant cette fois la course Groupe d'Âge au classement général.

👏 Félicitations à Gabriel pour ce remarquable performance !

EN - Our students are talented! 💪

A double European title for Gabriel Bacquenois, a student on the preparatory course at ECAM Arts et Métiers. In mid-July, he brilliantly represented France at the European Multisport Championships in Banyoles (Spain).

✅ European Cross-Triathlon Champion (20–24 age group) after a magnificent 2nd place in the overall age group standings and 1st place in his category.
✅ European Cross-Duathlon Champion (20–24 age group), this time winning the overall age group race.

FR 🌍 Summer School HAAS : une expérience internationale au cœur de l’industrie

Étudiant en 4ᵉ année du programme Engineering à ECAM LaSalle, Romain a participé à la Summer School organisée par Haas Automation, Inc., Tecnun - Universidad de Navarra et California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly).

Au programme : travaux pratiques sur les machines HAAS, projets en équipe internationale, visite et découverte de la culture basque.

👉 Une expérience qui lui a permis de développer ses compétences techniques, de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et de confirmer son intérêt pour le domaine de l’usinage et de la fabrication.

EN - 🌍 HAAS Summer School: an international experience at the heart of the industry

Romain Murphy, a fourth-year student on the Engineering programme at ECAM LaSalle, took part in the Summer School organised by HAAS, Tecnun Universidad de Navarra and Cal Poly.

The programme included practical sessions on HAAS machines, projects with international teams, visits and exploring Basque culture.

👉 An experience that enabled him to develop his technical skills, work in a multicultural environment and confirm his interest in the field of machining and manufacturing.

FR - Une belle récolte de miel sur le campus 🍯

Les abeilles de nos ruches ont encore bien travaillé cette année : plus de 55 kg de miel récoltés sur notre campus lyonnais !

Derrière cette belle collecte : une équipe d’apiculteurs bénévoles, composée de membres du personnel passionnés 💪

Merci à toutes celles et ceux qui s’engagent pour préserver nos précieuses pollinisatrices. En plus de produire du miel, ces ruches sensibilisent notre communauté aux enjeux de la biodiversité et de l’environnement. 🌍

EN - A bountiful honey harvest on campus 🍯

The bees in our hives have been hard at work again this year: over 55 kg of honey harvested on our Lyon campus!

Behind this impressive harvest is a team of volunteer beekeepers, made up of passionate staff members 💪

Thank you to everyone who is committed to protecting our precious pollinators. As well as producing honey, these hives raise awareness within our community about biodiversity and environmental issues. 🌍
