A new chapter is beginning for MBS School of Business 🌟

Yesterday, on the construction site of our future ANIMA campus, we presented the media with the vision that will shape MBS’s development in the years ahead.

ANIMA will be much more than a new campus.

It embodies an ambition: to position MBS as a business school dedicated to navigating and driving transformation, equipped to address the economic, social, technological and environmental shifts reshaping our world.

By 2027, the year of MBS’s 130th anniversary, ANIMA will represent a €108 million investment and more than 28,000 sqm dedicated to learning, experimentation, research and innovation.

ANIMA has been designed as a living laboratory.

A place where students, faculty, companies, local authorities and international partners will be able to observe, test, experiment and drive change.

An experimental retail space, trading room, behavioral observation facilities, Learning Labs, a business club and applied research laboratories: every space has been designed to foster new ways of learning and bring academia and the business world closer together.

This vision is underpinned by a strategic plan built around three pillars:

🔹 OPEN LAB

Opening MBS further to its local, national and international ecosystem. This ambition is already taking shape through the creation of the Franco-Chinese Institute in Chengdu with our partner SWUFE.

🔹 KNOWLEDGE LAB

Rethinking learning pathways around the Learn, Explore, Apply, Drive model, empowering every student to develop their ability to understand, experiment and take action. Artificial intelligence, digital transformation and positive impact will be embedded across all programmes.

🔹 IMPACT LAB

Measuring, highlighting and strengthening the impact of MBS on its students, graduates, businesses and communities. Our ambition is to educate a new generation of professionals capable of driving positive and lasting transformation.

As the international landscape continues to evolve, MBS is strengthening its global outlook through enhanced academic partnerships, international programmes and mobility opportunities.

This transformation also goes hand in hand with the evolution of our economic model, ensuring that MBS has the resources to deliver on its ambitions while preserving its strategic independence.

ANIMA is much more than a campus.

It is an academic, research, economic and regional development project.

It is an investment in the future of our students.

And it is a testament to MBS’s continued commitment to innovating, transforming and anticipating the challenges of tomorrow.

One more week, another burst of energy on the MBS campus!

Once again, our student associations showed just how much they are at the heart of the student experience.

Tuesday: our first Fun Time of the year, with activities designed by our student associations to showcase their projects, share their passions and bring students together.

Wednesday: Arcadia welcomed Asmodee to campus, turning student breaks into opportunities to connect and enjoy some of the most iconic board games.

Thursday: the BDE and Montpellier’s Treasures welcomed NYX Professional Makeup for a day celebrating creativity, inclusion and community.

At MBS, student life goes far beyond organising events. It is a real learning experience, where students develop hands-on skills in project management, leadership, communication and teamwork.
