🔎 [STUDENT JOBS]

The International Relations Department is looking for 6 students to participate to help organize the welcome of international students in 2026.

📚The missions can be:
- Participate in the Welcome week (students welcome, orientation, campus tour)
- Take part in follow-up meetings with the International Relations Department
- Organize pick-ups at the airport and at the train station: availability in Nantes from August 20
- Help the students reach their accommodation
- Participate to the specific welcome to the Max Schmitt residence.
- Assist students with administrative procedures in August and September
- Respond to new students’ emails via a dedicated mailbox
- Lead information sessions (Immigration, CAF, Ameli) for new incoming students in August and September

This means things might not run as usual. Supermarkets, shops, banks, and even public services can be closed or have reduced hours on these days.

👉 What this means for you:

Plan your grocery shopping in advance 🛒
Check opening hours before going out
Expect quieter streets… or sometimes the opposite if it’s a long weekend!

The international relations office is looking for 2 students to participate in the preparation for 2026 international students welcome and in the integration activities for the international students on campus.

Send your CV and letter of motivation before March 5. More information on ECN Students' intranet.

The missions will be:
- To help the 2026 accepted international students in joining Centrale Nantes before arrival (administrative and communication activities)
- To contribute to the administrative requirements preparation for their arrival (accommodation, immigration, insurance)
- To contribute to the student life for the integration of the international students
- To develop the 2026 buddy programme
- Some additional actions may be required.

As Centrale Nantes is welcoming visiting students from Keio University, one of our long-standing partner universities, we would like to highlight several Franco-Japanese events which are organised by ESN Nantes.

These informal meet-ups are a great opportunity to practice French and Japanese, exchange cultures, and meet international and local students.

Every year, when you register, you pay €105 for the CVEC (Student Life Contribution). Part of this fund comes back to Centrale Nantes to improve student life on campus.
