Você vai compartilhar o apartamento com outros três estudantes internacionais todos com idades entre 20 e 26 anos de idade. Os quatro quartos do apartamento são individuais e sã

o exclusivamente alugados para estudantes. O apartamento e os quartos estão totalmente equipados (tv, internet, máquina de lavar roupa, secador ...) e uma faxineira surge quatro horas por mês para limpar a área comum. FLATSHARE close to sea, shops , uni and tram station
Hello !!! I have a room that will be available end of may in a nice cosy flat located 244 avenue de la californie and shared with other students
sea, restaurants, shops and tram station are within 2 min walk and the tram station will allow you to reach universities ,city center and old town in 10 / 15 min (EDHEC business school and "Nice Saint Augustin" train station 5 min)
(quick access to the airport, Antibes, Sophia Antipolis and Cannes via the highway)
The apartment is rented fully equipped (with among others internet,dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven + tv and internet(fiber) in each room.)
+ a cleaning lady comes 2h every week to clean the common areas of the flat
Price of the room is 465€ ALL INCLUDED (maid, internet, tv + all charges and taxes )
and no agency fee (i'm the owner) + price of the rent stays the same during summer time 🙂

J’ai une chambre qui se libère fin mai dans un bel appartement situé au 244 avenue de la Californie et partagé avec d'autres étudiants
Le quartier (Carras) est très agréable et les plages, restaurants, commerces et station de tram sont accessible rapidement à pied. Le plein centre, la vieille ville et les universités de droit et lettres sont à seulement 10 / 15 min en tramway. (l’EDHEC et la gare de train Nice saint Augustin à 5 min).
(Accès rapide à l'autoroute et donc à l'aéroport, Sophia-Antipolis, Antibes, Cannes etc si vous êtes véhiculé)
l'appartement est entièrement équipé (avec entre autres lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge, four micro onde) et dispose de 4 chambres individuelles avec tv + internet louées exclusivement à des étudiants ou jeunes actifs (généralement entre 20 et 25 ans) afin d’assurer une atmosphère conviviale et agréable !
+ une femme de ménage vient 2h chaque semaine pour le nettoyage des parties communes de l'appartement.
Prix de la chambre : 465€/mois TOUT INCLUS ( ménage, tv, internet, charges, eau, électricité etc… )
et pas de frais d'agence (je suis le propriétaire) et le prix du loyer reste le même en été 🙂
