You have until 15 September 2026 (inclusive) to submit an abstract or a poster presentation to the International Congress of Egyptologists.

If you wish to attend the conference without presenting, you have until 31 May 2027 to register.

⚠️ Reminder for those wishing to present at the 14th ICE conference:

To ensure that your request to participate in the conference is considered, you simply need to submit an abstract of your paper via the submission platform on the conference website (after first creating an account). You will only be able to register as a conference participant once the results of the Scientific Committee’s assessment of your abstract have been published (on 1 December 2026).

No conference registration or payment is therefore required to submit an abstract to the congress.

Please make sure you follow this guideline, otherwise you risk registering multiple times and therefore having to pay multiple registration fees.

🇫🇷 Rappel s’adressant aux personnes souhaitant proposer une communication à la 14e édition de l’ICE :

Pour que votre souhait de participer au congrès soit pris en compte, vous devez seulement déposer un résumé de votre communication sur la plate-forme de dépôt du site internet du congrès (après y avoir préalablement créé un compte). Vous ne pourrez vous inscrire en tant que participant au congrès qu’une fois les résultats de l’évaluation de votre abstract par le comité scientifique publiés (le 1er décembre 2026).

Aucune inscription ni paiement ne sont donc demandés pour la soumission d'un résumé au congrès.

Nous vous prions de veiller au respect de cette consigne, vous risquez sinon de vous inscrire plusieurs fois et, par conséquent, de devoir payer plusieurs frais d'inscription.
