This Friday there will be a lecture by federal judge Dr. Lucy Jeannette Bermúdez Bermúdez on "The Peace Process and Democratic System in Colombia: The Role of Electoral Jurisdiction in Post-Conflict Situations."

We’ll be selling popcorn, sodas, wine and candy. All funds will go to Maya Midwifery International. This NGO provides medical supplies and the education needed for midwives to continue performing safe birth assistance in rural areas of Guatemala.
