Liubakova is a non-resident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council and has reported on Belarus for The Washington Post, The Economist, and other international outlets. During her residency at Reid Hall, she is completing her forthcoming book “Exiled Voice: Preserving Belarus’s Story” (Bloomsbury Academic).
