Day two of our Normandy weekend trip with our Fall 2026 OCB & Semester students! 💙

We wrapped up our weekend with a visit to Ferme de Billy, where our students explored the beautiful gardens and learned more about the cider-making process.

After a morning of exploring the farm and tasting delicious ciders, we gathered together for an amazing brunch and enjoyed one last taste of the Normandy countryside.

This weekend was filled with so many unforgettable moments! 🤍

Day one of our Normandy weekend trip with our Fall 2026 OCB & Semester students is officially in the books! 💙

We started our day at the Mémorial de Caen, where students had the opportunity to dive into the history of World War II and learn more about the events that shaped Normandy. 📚🇫🇷

From there, we headed to the American Cemetery & Omaha Beach, taking in the history and significance of these incredible sites while enjoying the beautiful Normandy coast.

Pastry Challenge: Red ❤️ vs. Blue 💙 vs. Yellow 💛!

Things got sweet at L’Atelier des Chefs! 🇫🇷✨ Our students stepped into the kitchen for a fun-filled pastry competition where each team was given a random selection of ingredients and challenged to get creative and make whatever pastries they could dream up!

From start to finish, it was all about teamwork, creativity, and having fun in the kitchen. 👩🏾‍🍳🍰Each team put their own unique spin on the challenge, and it was so much fun seeing their ideas come to life. Everything was collaborative, creative, and, most importantly… DELICIOUS!

❤️ Red Team came out on top with their strawberry tiramisu and peach tarts! 🥇

A huge shoutout to all three teams for bringing their best to the kitchen and making this such a fun experience! 🥐✨

Good cheese, charcuterie, delicious apéro treats, lots of laughter… and a few emotional goodbyes 😢
