Received confirmation from WORDBEE earlier today that the project has been accepted "as-is" and will soon be published!

Congratulations to the entire TSM project team (Asso-TSM-2016), and many thanks to Jose Vega (CEO, Wordbee) and Rudy Loock (Head of Master "Traduction Spécialisée Multilingue" - TSM, Université de Lille 3) for their trust and support.

They did it! Les étudiant.e.s de M2 du Master TSM de l'Université Lille 3 ont mené à bien ces dernières semaines un projet important, à savoir la traduction en français du site internet de la société WORDBEE (https://www.wordbee.com/), éditrice de la plateforme en ligne de gestion de projets de traduction et de TAO du même nom. Nous vous informerons dès que la version française du site sera publiée !
Félicitations à la promo M2 2016-2017, qui a beaucoup travaillé sur ce projet avec l'énergie et le professionnalisme qu'on lui connaît désormais, et merci à Gareth Wilson (https://www.linkedin.com/in/gareth-wilson-27914063) d'avoir conçu, négocié, organisé et mené à terme ce projet inédit !

AssoTSM Wordebee corporate website translation update #5:

Project completed and delivered!

Hats off to all of the students on the project team, who, despite their heavy workload, worked literally day and night — and in some cases into the wee hours of the morning — to ensure the highest translation quality and deliver the project ahead of the initially agreed deadline. You did us proud!

Special thanks to Wordbee for helping us make this novel and rewarding exercise happen.

• Around 500 Slack messages exchanged since the launch of the project!

Update on the AssoTSM Wordbee corporate website translation :

Really getting into the nitty-gritty now !

Over the weekend, the PM team (Célia & Mélissa) created a Style Guide and Instruction Sheets for the Translator, Revision QA teams.

Earlier today (Monday 05/11), Wordbee (WB) sent a request to link our WB platform with their Beebox system (the tool used to manage data exchanges between their CMS and WB platforms).

By the end of the day, the PM Team had:
- created accounts for the 2 WB staff who will be monitoring the project;
- created a termbase in WB (with custom fields for definitions and hyperlinks);
- set up a "Continuous Dynamic Translation" (CODYT) project (a type of WB project that enables full or partial automation of the entire project workflow);
- linked the Codyt project to WB's Beebox;
- and confirmed the Beebox link.

Hats off to Mélissa & Célia for the work they've put in in setting up the project!

Everything is now in place for WB to "push" their source files to the TSM platform.

The project is expected to be completed before the end of December.
