While SERVSIG 2024 is over (and this account no longer very active), we want to encourage you all to submit your research to SERVSIG's "sister-conference" QUIS, taking place in the wonderful city of Rome in 2025.

FINAL DAY, early-bird rate.

You can still pay your Servsig 2024 fee today at the early-bird rate. From tomorrow until April 30th, the full fee applies. After that, papers with no registered author will be removed.

(Participants who already asked for an invoice get the early-bird invoice)

REMINDER: The early-bird offer for SERVSIG 2024 expires* in five days, Monday 15.4.

From Tuesday 16.4 to Tuesday 30.4, participants can still register at the full rate. Papers without registered authors by 1.5 will have to be removed from the conference.

*Participants who requested to pay by invoice and already sent their request will of course be issued an invoice at the early-bird rate.

We have received several requests to extend the early bird-rate for Servsig 2024. We fully understand that many participants need to apply for funding and wait for a decision, and we want to accommodate you as much as we can.

Based on this, we have decided to extend the early bird-rate until April 15th.

We look forward seeing you in Bordeaux!

After an amazing job by reviewers, then track chairs, and finally the conference chairs, all decisions for Servsig 2024 will be sent out today in the afternoon (French time).

It has been a difficult process selecting papers, as there were so many good submissions. The sharp increase in submissions is a positive indicator of a vibrant service research community! It also leads to a paradoxical situation: SERVSIG 2024 will be the largest SERVSIG conference to date, with 345 accepted service researchers - but also the most selective, as a total of 898 researchers had submitted their work.

We really wish we could have welcomed even more, but we have gone to max capacity for both venues and the conference program. We trust that the strict selection process has resulted in the selection of interesting and novel research, and look forward to three days of interesting presentations in June!

A big thank you to reviewers, track chairs, and everyone involved in supporting SERVSIG 2024!

UPDATE

Given the very high number of submissions, the Servsig 2024 organizers together with the Servsig International Support Committee have decided to extend the conference. The dates remain the same, June 6-8. However, instead of starting with only a welcome reception on Thursday June 6th, we have decided to start at noon to have the first half-day of academic sessions on Thursday afternoon, prior to the official reception on Thursday evening.

This change allows us to welcome more researchers and accept more papers, raising the acceptance rate from around 45% to around 55%.

Servsig 2024 received 443 submissions! All submissions will now go to track chairs and then reviewers for evaluation, and decisions will be sent out at the end of February. Thank you to everyone who submitted (898 different authors in total 😊)!
