If anyone has any staff or clients that would benefit from gaining the level 2 award in mentoring skills we will be running it over 5 days from the 22nd July. Course fees apply.
Limited number of spaces on this and the week does involve a lot of mentoring practice in a safe, peaceful environment. There is no minimum age requirement on this course:
This qualification allows learners to gain a deeper understand the role of a mentor and develop the skills needed to become an effective mentor. The aims of the qualification are to help learners to: • gain insight into the role and practice of mentorship • be clear about mentor/mentee relationships • ensure they follow good practice • develop the specific skills and understanding they will require in order to mentor • reflect on their own learning and work performance • understand the benefits of mentoring • understand legal and ethical mentoring requirements.
