AUAC BALL 2024!! TICKETS NOW ON SALE!!

Hi guys, you can now sign up for the ball and buy your ticket! We will be selling tickets at training or you can pay for your ticket into the club bank account. And if you could please fill out the sign-up sheet which I’ve attached below that would be great. All info you will need below…

Please reference your payment ‘Ball’ and then your initials e.g. ‘Ball KM’ just so we know who’s paid. You can then pick up your ticket and any friends or flatmates tickets at training!

Roast Breast of Scottish Chicken with Parsley & Thyme Stuffing, roast Potatoes, honey glazed root vegetables, rich pan Gravy

Sticky Toffee Pudding with Mackie’s Vanilla Ice Cream & Salted Caramel Sauce
The vegetarian option will be selected by Pittodrie based on numbers.

🎉QUIZ NIGHT🎉

We have an upcoming social on Wednesday 22nd November @ Siberia, starting at 7:30pm 🥂

We will be having a pub quiz so join us to show off your knowledge, have a few drinks and catch up 😊✍️🍻🧠

There are some great prizes to be handed out so definitely worth coming along- you gotta be in it to win it !! 🏆

‼️MEMBERSHIP DEADLINE 16TH OCTOBER‼️

The membership deadline for grant money is the 16th of October. If you purchase your membership after this date it won’t go towards the club as part of the grants. Please buy your memberships ASAP so we can get as much out of the grant application as possible.

The Athletics Club is suitable for all abilities and interests; whether you just want to get a bit fitter, or are competing at a high level, we are the club for you!

Tight and Bright is back this FRIDAY 6TH OCTOBER 2023!

The line-up…
- Start your weekend off right and meet us at Siberia (one of our new sponsors for the year 🤩) at 7:30pm.
- From there we will pub crawl around the best pubs and bars Aberdeen has to offer! 🍻🍹
- Then get your spikes out for the Belmont Dash as there may be a prize for our winner 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
- Ending the night with a boogie in Club T! 💃🪩🕺

It’s gonna be a good one and a night you don’t want to miss! All you have to do is bring yourself (in your your tightest and brightest outfit) and £20 CASH to cover your drinks on the pub crawl.

The social run tomorrow will start at the slightly earlier time of 4:30pm due to the social at the Bobbin starting at 7pm. We will meet outside ASV reception (Linksfield Road).

Ended the year on a high with an amazing night at our annual ball! 🥂

Scottish Uni Outdoor Champs 🤩

Saturday the 22nd of April marked the Scottish Uni Outdoor Championships down in Grangemouth! A great team travelled down the road with some amazing performances highlighted below 👇

Jane Davidson had another win in the 100m Hurdles proving she is the hurdling queen 👑 Along with this Jane came 5th in the javelin!

Stefanie Tucker was 1st in the 3000m again 🥵and doubled up with a silver in the 1500m too! 🏆

Bradley Francis came home with two medals, a gold in the 400m hurdles and a silver in the 200m 🥇

Craig McLennan had a great performance and came second in the hammer throw 💪🥈

Margarita Radeva took on the 3000m steeplechase and claimed the silver medal 🥈

David Odumeru was 5th overall in the 200m 💥

Mohamed Warsame came 4th in the 5000m ⚡️

Eve Garry came 7th overall in the 200m 🌟

Track captain Cameron Begg and Ku both made it through to the 100m semi-finals 🏃‍♂️

The day ended on a high with John Sutherland, Aidan Grevemberg, James Fleming and Bradley Francis taking home the gold medal in the 4x100m relay! 🥇🏆🌟

Such an amazing day for all our athletes, well done to everyone who competed 💛💙
