The IT HelpZone is located in Dino's Cafe on the Lower Ground floor of the main tower block.

The IT Helpzone was started in 2013 when the existing Helpdesk did not meet the standards of the current environment. Students were unaware of where the Helpdesk was and they didn't even know the Helpdesk existed, the current setup was also very restricted with what could be offered. The current Helpdesk was started by an idea by Cameron Walker the computing Faculty manager and Shane Johnson the H

elpdesk Technical Manager. The Helpdesk has grown over the years and now offers even more services than when it started, we are still growing and are continually adding more services each year.
