Postgraduates study for an MA in Early Childhood Education and Care, with specialisms in home-based pedagogy and care, sleep hygiene, supporting behaviour and food and nutrition. Norland Agency works exclusively with Norland Nannies, graduates of our undergraduate degree and diploma, placing them in positions with families worldwide. All nannies and Maternity Nurses placed through Norland Agency hold a minimum Level 3 qualification, have completed a 12-hour Paediatric First Aid course within the last three years, and have an up-to-date DBS check. Norland Agency also verifies all references before placing a Norland Nanny to ensure our high standards are upheld. Our Early Years Consultants deliver bespoke consultancy and training to a wide range of companies, organisations and charities. Working in partnership with clients, they aim to positively influence the quality of children’s lives and enable clients to reflect, develop, and grow their expertise. Please note: from 7 September, Norland will officially become Norland University of Early Childhood. If you've already started or submitted an application under our current name, Norland College, there's nothing you need to do. Your application will remain valid and will continue to be processed as normal throughout the transition. You may still see our current name in some systems, such as UCAS or Student Finance, while updates are being implemented. These systems will begin transitioning to Norland University of Early Childhood from 7 September.
