💜💚 World Mental Health Day may have passed, but the conversation continues!

Saturday 10 October marked World Mental Health Day 2026, reminding us of the importance of looking after our mental health and supporting one another.

This year’s theme, “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change,” highlights why every voice matters and every experience deserves to be heard.

At Fircroft College, we believe in creating a supportive learning environment where everyone feels welcome, respected and valued.

💚 Take time to listen.
💜 Check in on someone.
💚 Be kind to yourself and others.

✨ Because mental health matters every day, not just on one day.
