We've reached the middle of the (very warm!) MSt Social Innovation residential week, and today we're focusing on finance for social ventures.

To start the day we held a fascinating and thought-provoking panel discussion on The Water Problem, with Richard Lee, Dean Muruven, and Michelle Darlington sharing their experience and insights.

Football as a force for climate action?⚽🌍

Former pro footballer Kash Siddiqi 🇺🇳⚽️ and charity Football for Peace (FfP) are driving global water restoration through the Rehydrate the Earth campaign, supporting river revival projects, youth-led environmental action, and long-term water sustainability initiatives.

As participants on the Cambridge Peaceshaping and Climate Incubator and supported by football leaders, the initiative shows how sport can unite communities around some of the world’s biggest environmental challenges. 🌱💧
