Thank you to Canterbury Christ Church University for hosting the CUBO South East Group Meeting last week.

Sheena and Caroline joined Campus Services colleagues from the University of Kent and CCCU for a day of industry discussions, roundtables and presentations.

The group even enjoyed a tour of some of CCCU's facilities and finished the day with a cocktail making masterclass.

Our largest conferences and events venue at the University of Kent , we can accommodate up to 4,000 people for an event.

We had a lovely time at the latest Accommodation Providers meeting, hosted by the Canterbury BID.

Rachel and Emma joined discussions around the implications of an overnight visitor levy as well as a roundtable discussion and enjoyed a tour of Howfield Manor Hotel.

Our team attended the graduation launch event on Tuesday, showcasing the accommodation we have available for our graduates and their families to book this July.

It was great to see so many University of Kent students come together for the Kent Union's Welcome Back Fair yesterday.

Hosted in the Kent Sports Centre, students had the chance to meet student societies and clubs and find out more about volunteering opportunities that are available.

Another great event hosted in the main hall, a versatile event space for all types of events.

A Kentish Wedding Fair brought together over 60 Kent based suppliers for their latest wedding fair held at the University of Kent last weekend.

Over the course of the two days, the event welcomed around 900 couples and gave them the opportunity to meet a wide range of suppliers; from wedding dresses and photobooths to florists and wedding cakes, every aspect was covered.

Thanks to our event coordinator Lara for organising and managing the event on the day.

It was a pleasure to host the first Chamber Connections event of the year yesterday, in partnership with the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce.

We welcomed over 130 members to our Darwin Conference Suite for a morning of networking and connecting with fellow business people in Kent.

Attendees got to hear from Georgina Randsley de Moura, our Vice-Chancellor on all the exciting things happening at the University of Kent, including our 60th anniversary celebrations.

Our Sales Manager Sandra Heyworth and Emily Seling then hosted a tour of our lovely campus, showcasing some of the event spaces we have available to hire throughout the year.
