Did you know that as a student, when you volunteer you can earn awards? 🏆

Every month we'll be highlighting some fantastic Volunteering opportunities that could broaden your skill set!

This month we're focusing on Keep Talking Services who are looking
for Telephone Befrienders. 📱

Through regular telephone conversations, volunteers provide companionship, a friendly listening ear and a non-judgemental space where people can feel heard, valued and connected.

This National Volunteer Week, we’re celebrating the incredible impact of our student volunteers and everything they have achieved so far this academic year 💙

Since September 2025, 222 student volunteers have contributed an amazing 9,404.75 hours to support charities, community organisations, and local causes.

From fundraising and events to mentoring and community projects, our students have made a real difference both on campus and beyond.
