A huge congratulations to my incredible clients who completed both the Manchester and London Marathons — an outstanding achievement that reflects months of dedication, discipline, and determination.

What makes this even more special is that they ran not only for themselves, but for causes that truly matter. Together, they raised money for amazing charities including Samaritans, Sense, Guide Dogs, and Cancer Research UK.

Their achievement is truly inspiring, and the personal sacrifices they made along the way make their success — and the impact of their fundraising — even more meaningful.

I had two clients today who had both pre-booked their pre-race massage (love the organisation 👏) ahead of the Manchester Marathon this Sunday, and I made sure they both got exactly what they needed — even if it meant going the extra mile and offering the session free of charge.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about appointments — it’s about supporting people to perform at their best when it matters most 🏃‍♂️

Today was longest run, in preparation for the London marathon at the end of April. I stupidly said I will come along 🤣. The longest run I’ve done recently was 10k last year. 20 miles was completed today. It was slow the weather was miserable at times. But she smashed it. Thank you to for the route, the engagement and patience. I am tired and sore but relieved I made it 🤣. Well done charly you’ve got this 👏🏻😘 x

💙🏃‍♀️ Please support Charly’s London Marathon journey 🏃‍♀️💙

My daughter Charly is taking on the London Marathon — and she’s doing it while living with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS).

Some days, even standing still can be a challenge… but she’s choosing to run 26.2 miles to help others ❤️

Watching her train has been emotional and inspiring. Next week, I’ll be right beside her as we take on 20 miles together — and I honestly couldn’t be prouder.

She’s doing this for Sense, to support people living with complex disabilities — and she’s giving it everything she’s got.

This is Sadith he came to me after suffering GBS. It’s been a long road getting him walking again. He’s moving to Ireland with his family temporarily then onto Scotland to study at Edinburgh. He’s achieved so much and it looks like it’s just the start of his adventures. I’ve just received this lovely card and gift from him. Makes me proud to be a part of his journey. Onwards and upwards now. Go grab the adventures

London Marathon Fundraiser 💖
We’re so proud to share that our daughter, Charly Wilkinson, will be running the London Marathon 🏃‍♀️ — an incredible challenge made even harder by ongoing health issues.
Charly lives with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), a condition that affects her heart rate and blood pressure and can cause dizziness, extreme fatigue, and fainting. This means that training and running a marathon is far more demanding for her than for most people.
Despite this, Charly has shown remarkable determination and resilience, pushing through tough days to continue training. She’s running to raise money for Sense, a charity that supports people with complex disabilities, including those who are deafblind.

Another pre marathon 10k in the bag for charly. It was a hilly one. But she did the same time as a flat one 👏🏻. She had her support socks on, theses are to keep the blood flow from dropping to her feet. They seamed to have helped today. Leah also joined us who could have easily finished in a quicker time. Well done girls.
