Sussex University - Help the Homeless Our aim, as a University society, is to increase awareness and provide help for the increasing number of rough sleepers in the Brighton and Hove area.

Welcome to the Sussex Help the Homeless page. We are looking for compassionate students to volunteer and give up their spare time to help us make a difference at a local level. With Brighton and Hove having the highest rate of homelessness in the UK outside of London, we simply cannot ignore this issue and Brighton’s streets are continuously calling out for our help. With the increasing r

ate of homelessness within the city, there is no better time than now to gather our energy within the community to make a positive impact on the city’s most vulnerable. We hope to raise awareness of how Sussex students can contribute their help through fundraising activities and volunteer work within the community. There is so much opportunity for change and we hope to gather as much support for this cause as we can. Until we have our society page set up on the SU website you can like our page for new updates.
