Hi just a quick message to people who showed an interest at the freshers fair I will be in contact over the next day or so seeing if you want to get involved and join our amazing society! I already have two sponsored athletes confirmed that they will come in and give guest lectures and training sessions which I will be arranging soon! This is an amazing experience to get involved with! Keep your eyes peeled! Membership is only £2!

Thank you to everyone who visited our stand yesterday we had such an amazing response it was incredible. I will be in touch shortly with all of you that gave me your details and get a meeting sorted out so we can get the ball rolling! Exciting things coming ahead so keep checking out the page for details and useful hints and tips!

This society is based around many concepts! Here's a few reasons why you should join!😬
1) You get to meet new friends together to workout with💪🏼

2) A community in which you can help your new friendship group reach their fitness goals

3) Share experience and knowledge of nutrition

4) Will challenge you to be better stronger and fitter in weak area's with challenges set through the group!

5) Help prepare you for competitions and support you through bulking and shredding!

All this and more for a £2 membership fee, this includes protein bars and shakes in competitions and giveaways held throughout the year!
