I've had so many of you asking for help, that you've twisted my arm to bring a SATs masterclass back to SUM for another year running.

So with SATs just around the corner I couldn't really say no to building maths confidence.

Here's what's included:

📄 WEEK 1 — ARITHMETIC WEEK
Monday 30 March – Thursday 2 April | 9:30–10:30am
Each day your child works through a full past SATs Arithmetic paper ahead of the session. We then come together live and I walk through the key topics — targeting exactly the areas where marks are being dropped.

🧠 WEEK 2 — REASONING WEEK
Tuesday 7 – Friday 10 April | 9:30–10:30am
We focus on the reasoning papers — the worded, real-life context questions that trip so many children up. We work through past questions together and I show your child exactly how to approach them with confidence. This is where the big marks are won and lost.

What makes this different:
✅ 8 live online sessions with me, delivered on Zoom

✅ A full past SATs paper to complete before every session — just like the real thing. Don't worry, it's not overwhelming; I send it out in advance with clear instructions so your child knows exactly what to do.

✅ An online quiz after each paper with instant marking — your child gets immediate feedback on every question, so they know exactly what they got right and where they need support before the session even starts.

✅ A personalised topic feedback list generated from their quiz results — so the live session can target the areas that actually matter for your child, not just a generic run-through.

✅ Replays included — access remains open for 2 months, taking your child well past their SATs in May.

A note on prep work 📝
To get the most out of each session, your child will need to complete the paper and online quiz before joining. This is what makes the live session so powerful — we already know where the gaps are and can go straight to the work that matters. I'd set aside around 30–40 minutes per day for the prep work.

I've been a bit quiet over on this page for a while.

That's because I have been working behind the scenes with so many fabulous year 11s getting ready to take their GCSE maths exams!

Today is the day and I know they will all do themselves proud.
