Degree Show 2026 has closed it's doors, but there's still time to thank another of our generous sponsors - Waracle Ltd. 🤩

As well as supporting the show, the Waracle team delivered a tailored industry insights session with some of our design students, looking at the future of digital products, offering practical advice on standing out in a competitive market and running a hands-on portfolio clinic for emerging designers. ✏️

One of the participating students - Digital Interaction Design graduate, Jas Calder - said "...it was really insightful learning what different things companies look for from both a design perspective but also a HR/business perspective on applications... [and] really refreshing to hear what designers actually look for in portfolios...".🤝

🎉 On behalf of the graduating class of 2026, thank you to everyone who visited Degree Show this year and helped make it such a phenomenal experience for all involved. 🎉

Over nine days, we inched past last year's total and welcomed a phenomenal 13,324 people to DJCAD! A huge congratulations to the students, whose fantastic work makes the show what it is, and a heartfelt thanks to the staff, student ambassadors, supporters and sponsors who help make it possible. 👏

Degree Show may be over, but you can remind yourself of much of the incredible work on our online showcase, and if you haven't already, please take a minute to complete our survey and share feedback that will help shape future shows for both students and visitors (links to both in bio!).

And with more exciting exhibitions in development, including the much anticipated Masters Show in August, we hope to welcome you back to DJCAD very soon. 👋

For now, however, all our congratulations go to the class of 2026, and please join us in wishing them all the very best for the future.❤️

Curious about what studying at DJCAD is like? 🤔

The Degree Show is the bit most people see, but behind it are years of hard work, with skills developed though countless workshops, tutorials, study trips and collaborative projects.

Studying at DJCAD, however, is more than that - as many of the students will testify, the courses form friendships for life, and the opportunities here propel our graduates to even greater success.🤩

Friday's always a time to celebrate, and last Friday was no exception.

Just before Degree Show opened, our students packed into CANVAS to celebrate a range of outstanding achievements across their many programmes.🏆️

This year, we had 112 awards, and a total of 118 prize winners - some prizes were awarded to multiple students (and some students won multiple prizes!) 🏅

Congratulations to everyone, award winner or not - your work speaks for itself.👏

A huge thank you to CANVAS for your support, and to the many partners and stakeholders who have generously supported or sponsored an award this year.

And if you've not seen our students' work yet, there's only TWO days left - one final weekend to take in the best new art and design talent around and give our incredible students the send off they deserve! ✨️

✨From coursework to consoles 🎮

This year, Degree Show has received generous sponsorship from Ninja Kiwi, but the DJCAD connections don't end there!

One of our final year animation students - Lani Lord - has undertaken a mentorship with Ninja Kiwi, and, even more excitingly, some of Lani’s character animations will feature in Ninja Kiwi’s next Bloons game release! 🤩
