Welcome to episode 3 of ‘So... you’re coming to Castle. In today’s episode, we will show you around a Bailey Court toilet.
If you have a shared bathroom room in Bailey Court, this is an example of what the toilet facilities could look like. You will share the toilet with the people on your floor as well as the shower which is in a separate room to the toilet itself (coming in tomorrow’s episode!)

Welcome to episode 2 of ‘So... You’re Coming to Castle’. On today’s episode, we’ll show you an example of a Bailey Court kitchen. Bailey Court is one of our catered accommodation blocks so, in my experience, this kitchen is mainly used for quick snacks as opposed to full meals.

Over the past twelve months Kristina Holmes has been working on a special documentary film, commissioned for the alumni-funded transformation of Fellows' Garden.

Kris writes: "In ‘Fellows Portrait’, the documentary delves into the world of Fellows’ Garden, University College. Since 1660, the space has been an integral part of the Castle. The space is fundamentally communal with fleeting moments of solitary use. The documentary explores the potential brought by the redevelopment of the garden including a raised terrace performance space: an addition that will elevate the Garden into a sight of performance and creativity.

This project was funded by the Slater Fund at University College.

We are indebted to the many alumni whose generous financial support made the garden project possible.
